Jointly organized by the Centre for Hospitality and Real Estate Research of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, CUHK, the Hong Kong Institute for Monetary Research, and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the conference on Property Markets was held on 16 August. Participants from academia, industry, regulators and international financial organizations discussed the hot issues and the policies governing  the property markets of Hong Kong, Singapore and other countries.
