Electronic Salary Advice on SSES

In support of the University's commitment to establish a green campus, hardcopy Salary Advice has been replaced by the electronic one on the Staff Self-Service Enquiry System (SSES) effective from February 2014. Hereafter, hardcopy Salary Advice will ONLY be sent to the following staff groups:

  1. Staff who have already left University service, or who will leave University service on or before the 10th calendar day of next month;
  2. Staff with honorary appointment only;
  3. Terms of Service (C) Staff;
  4. Staff under specified Terms of Service (B) ranks who have limited computer access in the workplace. A list of such ranks is posted on the Bursary website.

Electronic Salary Advice will be uploaded onto the SSES on the second last working day of each month and can be easily accessed by a few steps, as follows:

  1. Login SSES;
  2. Click 'Payroll' and then 'Payments & Deductions';
  3. Choose 'Latest Month' and then Click 'Go' to view the Salary Advice.

Staff may print out the electronic Salary Advice on SSES for record or income proof via the 'Print' function of the web browser. Staff are also welcome to contact the Payroll and Superannuation Unit for a formal income certification if needed.
