In accordance with Statute 11.1(m), 11.4 and 11.5 of The Chinese University of Hong Kong Ordinance, Mr. Thomas C.B. Liang, has been elected a member of the Council for a period of three years from 15 April 2015, succeeding Mr. Johnson M.D. Cha whose period of membership expired on 14 April 2015, as proposed by the Vice-Chancellor.
