Information in this section can only  be accessed with CWEM password .   若要瀏覽本部分的資料， 請須輸 入 中大校園電子郵件密碼 。 Personalia• 人事動態‧ Personalia •人事動態‧ Personalia •人事動態‧ 長期服務獎另一章 這是甚麼呢？是不是似曾相識呢？ 這是聯合書院「長期服務獎」的紀念品，吊墜(左)贈女士，襟章(右)則 佩男士。它們的造型都是以「光輝聯合人」為藍本，用十八 k 金鑲鑽而成。 「光輝聯合人」是聯合 書 院 校 友 會 於 一 九 八 九年 送 給 該 院 的 雕 塑 ， 誌 慶創 院 卅 三 周 年 。 塑 像 由 韓秉 華 設 計 ， 以 不 銹 鋼 製 造， 糅 合 了 英 文 字 母 「 U 」 和 中 文 「 人 」 字 的 形 態 ， 含有 「 聯 合 人 」 的 意 念 ， 是 院徽 以 外 最 具 象 徵 意 義 的 標 記 ， 常 見 於 該 院 許 多 刊物 和 活 動 ， 借 以 製 作 長 期服 務 獎 紀 念 品 ， 既 活 潑 也具 代 表 性 。 聯 合 書 院 於 一 九 九 六 年 大 事 慶 祝 成 立 四 十 周 年 ， 出 版 校 史 ， 又 添置 雕塑藝術品和「明德壁」，更設立了長期服務獎，在院慶餐舞會上頒予教 職 員 ， 多 謝 他 們 服 務 書 院 逾 二 十 年 。 除 了 襟 章 或 吊 墜 外 ， 得 獎 者 另 獲書 院 校 董 會 主 席 及 院 長 簽 發 的 證 書 ， 第 二 屆 起 更 獲 邀 攜 眷 出 席 書 院 校 董的 周年聚餐。 該 獎 項 由 前 任 院 長 李 卓 予 教 授 提 議 設 立 ， 為 大 學 長 期 服 務 獎 以 外的 唯 一 同 類 常 設 獎 項 。 聯 合 書 院 院 務 委 員 會 在 討 論 該 獎 項 的 設 立 時 ， 認為 此獎既定名為「長期服務獎」，則獲獎者的服務年期不能太短，但若按照 大 學 同 類 獎 項 的 要 求 ， 要 服 務 滿 二 十 五 年 才 能 獲 獎 又 似 乎 太 長 ， 於 是以 「服務滿二十年」為界線。首次頒發時，共有五十七人合資格領獎，他們 服 務 聯 合 的 總 年 資 超 過 一 千 年 。 其 後 各 年 獲 獎 人 數 約 二 至 四 名 ， 迄 今共 有 六 十 九 名 教 職 員 獲 獎 ， 包 括 剛 於 去 年 杪 領 獎 的 會 計 學 院 梁 均 立 教 授、 中 國 語 言 及 文 學 系 蔣 英 豪 教 授 和 聯 合 書 院 院 務 處 朱 楚 真 女 士 。 蔡 世彬 中大通訊 C U HK NEWSLETTER 網址 website http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/puo/ 1 . 本刊逢四日及十九日出版。 2 . 來函或投稿請寄沙田香港中文大學秘書處出版事務處《中大通訊》 編輯部（電話 2609 8584， 傳真 2603 6864 ，電郵 pub2@uab.msmail. cuhk.edu.hk )。 3 . 投稿者須附真實姓名、地址及聯絡電話，文章則可用筆名發表。 4 . 編輯有權刪改及決定是否刊登來稿，不欲稿件被刪者請預先聲明。 5. 本刊所載文章只反映作者之觀點和意見，並不代表校方或本刊立場。 6 . 所有內容未經編者書面准許，不得轉載。 7 . 本刊每期發行三千八百份，免費供校內教職員索閱，部分郵寄本地 教育機構及與大學有關人士。私人索閱，請致函本刊查詢。 1.
