The Corona Chronicle 33 Just as steady progress was being made towards re- opening the campus for the Fall Term of 2020–21, the COVID-19 pandemic reared its ugly head again. Early July saw an alarming increase in the number of infections in different locales and among diverse groups in Hong Kong. The situation in the rest of the world was not good, either. The pandemic showed no sign of abating or coming under control, either in Hong Kong or in many other parts of the world. Dawn or False Dawn?
