管理與行政 Governance and Administration  63 香樹輝先生 Mr. Heung Shu-fai 由2002年6月13日起獲推選為成員 elected from 13 June 2002 財經節目主持 Broadcaster 香先生為金融企業界知名人士及資深傳媒人，在多份香 港報紙、雜誌刊載專欄。他曾參與創辦《壹週刊》，出任 《星島日報》總經理、《華僑日報》社長、宙輝有限公司 董事總經理，從事投資、財務及公關策略的顧問工作，現 時為新城電台財經台節目主持。他亦為中大新亞書院校 董會成員及中大敬文書院院監會成員。 Mr. Heung is a well-known financial and media expert, and newspaper columnist. He had taken part in the founding of the Next Magazine , and was the former Group General Manager of Sing Tao Group and the Managing Director of Overseas Chinese Daily News Limited. He was the Managing Director of the Sirius Pacific Consultants Limited which specialized in consultancy for investments, finance, and strategic corporate communication services. He is now a broadcaster on Metro Radio, and a Member of the Board of Trustees of New Asia College and Committee of Overseers of C.W. Chu College of CUHK. 張煊昌博士 ，Sri Lanka Ranjana，MH Dr. Thomas H.C. Cheung , Sri Lanka Ranjana, MH 由2012年8月1日起獲推選為成員 elected from 1 August 2012 太平洋保險有限公司和太平洋人壽保險有限公司主席 Chairman of The Pacific Insurance Company, Limited and Pacific Life Assurance Company, Limited 張博士現為太平洋保險有限公司及太平洋人壽保險有限 公司主席及張煊昌基金有限公司主席。他身兼多所學校 的榮譽校董會主席，並曾任中大多個委員會成員，包括審 核委員會、榮譽院士委員會、教職員服務規則委員會及捐 贈委員會。張博士曾任中大校友會聯會會長，現為中大敘 聘諮詢委員會成員、聯合書院校董會主席及聯合書院基 金委員會委員。 Dr. Cheung is currently Chairman of The Pacific Insurance Company, Limited and The Pacific Life Assurance Company, Limited, Chairman of Thomas H.C. Cheung Foundation Limited and Emeritus Chairman of a number of schools. He had served on a number of committees at CUHK including the Audit Committee, Honorary Fellowship Committee, Terms of Service Committee and Committee on Donations, and was President of The Federation of Alumni Associations of CUHK. He is now a Member of the Boards of Advisers for Staff Appointment, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of United College and Member of the United College Endowment Fund Committee, of CUHK. 殷巧兒女士 ，MH，JP Ms. Lina H.Y. Yan , MH, JP 由2014年8月25日起獲推選為成員 elected from 25 August 2014 維德教育發展有限公司常務董事 Managing Director, Wide Education Development Organisation Limited 殷女士為維德教育發展有限公司常務董事，於中大畢業 後從事教育工作，曾任中學副校長與教師，以及中、小學 及幼稚園校董。她於1999年獲選為中大評議會主席，亦 曾任中大校友會聯會會長及中大多個委員會及工作小組 的成員，現任中大聯合書院校董會主席。 Ms. Yan is Managing Director of Wide Education Development Organisation Limited and an eminent educationalist. She had worked as Vice-Principal and teacher of a secondary school, and served as Board Member of secondary and primary schools and kindergartens after graduating from CUHK. She was elected Chairman of CUHK Convocation in 1999, and was a former President of The Federation of Alumni Associations of CUHK. She is an active participant of University committees, and is currently Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of United College of CUHK. 范思浩先生 Mr. Hamen S.H. Fan 由2012年7月1日起獲推選為成員 elected from 1 July 2012 北豐國際有限公司董事局主席兼首席行政總裁 Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive of Pac-Fung International Limited 范先生為家用紡織品生產集團北豐國際有限公司創辦人 及董事局主席兼首席行政總裁，並擔任多項社會公職。他 於1991年創立香港兒童心臟基金，並出任基金副主席至 2011年。他曾擔任港安醫院慈善基金顧問委員會主席， 現任香港上海總會副理事長、廣東省江門市政協委員及 中大逸夫書院校董會副主席兼名譽司庫。 Mr. Fan, who holds many official positions, is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive of Pac-Fung International Limited, a manufacturer of home textile furnishings. In 1991, he founded the Hong Kong Children’s Heart Fund, serving as Vice-Chairman until 2011, and also served as Chairman of the Board of Advisers of the Adventist Hospital Foundation. He is currently Vice-Chairman of Shanghai Fraternity Association Hong Kong Limited, Member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Committee of Jiangmen City of Guangdong Province, and Vice-Chairman and Honorary Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of Shaw College of CUHK.
