管理與行政 Governance and Administration  65 Professor Yu is Head of United College, Professor of Chemistry, Professor (by courtesy) of the Department of Electronic Engineering, and Associate Director of the Institute of Environment, Energy and Sustainability of CUHK. He joined CUHK in 1995 after teaching in the USA for 11 years. He was conferred the State Natural Science Award (2005), and was appointed Chang Jiang Scholar Chair Professor (2009) and Honorary International Chair Professor of Taipei Tech (2013). He has obtained eight patents for the fabrication and application of photocatalytic materials. 陳志輝教授 ，SBS，JP Prof. Andrew C.F. Before joining CUHK, he had worked for the Bank of America and IBM World Trade Corporation. He is Chairman of the Cantonese Opera Advisory Committee and was Chairman of the Hong Kong Consumer Council (1999–2005), Hong Kong Deposit Protection Board (2004–2010), and Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong (2011-2017). 梁元生教授 Prof. Leung Yuen-sang 由2012年1月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 January 2012 香港中文大學文學院院長 Dean of Arts, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 梁教授現為中大文學院院長、中國文化研究所所長、中 國文化研究所當代中國文化研究中心主任及歷史學講 座教授。加入中大（1992年）前，他曾在新加坡國立大 學（1980至1987年）及加州州立大學（1987至1992年） 任教。他歷任中大文學院暫任院長（2012至2013年） 及人文學科研究所所長（1996至1998年、2000至2001 年、2006至2010年），並獲得多個獎項。 Professor Leung is Dean of Arts, Director of the Institute of Chinese Studies (ICS), Director of Research Centre for Contemporary Chinese Culture, ICS, and Professor of History of CUHK. Before joining CUHK in 1992, he taught in the National University of Singapore (1980– 1987) and the California State University (1987–1992). He was Interim Dean of Arts (2012–2013) and Director of Research Institute for the Humanities (1996–1998, 2000–2001, 2006–2010) of CUHK. Professor Leung was awarded K.C. Liu Visiting Lectureship of UC Davies (2002), Outstanding Professor of California State University, Los Angeles (1989), and Harvard-Yenching Fellow (1986). 陳家樂教授 Prof. Chan Kalok 由2014年11月4日起為當然成員 ex officio from 4 November 2014 香港中文大學工商管理學院院長 Dean of Business Administration, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 陳教授現為中大工商管理學院院長及金融學教授。加 入中大（2014年）前，他受聘於香港科技大學（1995至 2014年）及美國亞利桑那州立大學（1990至1995年）， 獲評為亞太區最傑出金融研究學者。陳教授自2009年起 出任香港銀行學會傑出財富管理師大獎籌委會主席，於 2008至2010年間擔任亞洲金融學會主席，歷任恒生指數 顧問委員會成員、香港房屋委員會成員、香港金融管理局 外匯基金諮詢委員會轄下的金融基建及市場發展委員會 成員、香港盈富基金－監督委員會及證券及期貨事務監 察委員會諮詢委員會成員。 Professor Chan is Dean of Business Administration and Professor of Finance of CUHK. Prior to joining CUHK in 2014, he taught at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) (1995–2014) and Arizona State University (1990–1995). He has been ranked as the top finance researcher in the Asia-Pacific region. Professor Chan has been Chairman of the Organising Committee of the HKIB Outstanding Financial Management Planner Awards (since 2009). He was President of Asian Finance Association (2008–2010), and has served as a Member of Hang Seng Index Advisory Committee, Hong Kong Housing Authority, EFAC Financial Infrastructure and Market Development Sub-Committee of Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and TraHK Supervisory Committee and Advisory Committee of the Securities and Futures Commission.
