Leung 由2011年3月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 March 2011 香港中文大學教育學院院長 Dean of Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 梁教授現為中大教育學院院長及教育心理學系教授，曾 在內布拉斯加大學林肯分校及休斯頓大學任教，1996年 加入中大，後出任教育學院副院長（研究）（2009至2011 年）。梁教授獲選為美國心理學會院士（2006年）、該學 會的心理輔導分會國際部會長（2008至2010年）、香港 專業輔導協會會長，並獲頒「推動輔導專業國際化傑出貢 獻獎」（2008年）、伊利諾伊大學厄本那—香檳分校教育 學院傑出校友獎（2009年）及Ursula Gielen環球心理學 書獎（2010年）。 Professor Leung is Dean of Education and Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology of CUHK. He joined CUHK in 1996 and was Associate Dean (Research) of the Faculty of Education (2009–2011) after serving as a faculty member at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the University of Houston. He was elected Fellow of the American Psychological Association (APA) (2006), Chairman of the International Section of the Society of Counseling Psychology, APA (2008–2010), and President of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association. He received the Distinguished Contributions to the International Advancement of the Counseling Profession Award (2008), Distinguished Alumni Award by the College of Education, University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign (2009), and Ursula Gielen Global Psychology Book Award (2010). 汪正平教授 Prof. Wong Ching-ping 由2010年2月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 February 2010 香港中文大學工程學院院長 Dean of Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 汪教授現為中大工程學院院長及電子工程學教授，也是 美國國家工程學院院士、國際電機及電子工程師學會院 士、中國工程院外籍院士及港科院創院院士。加入中大 （2010年）前，他任職史丹福大學、貝爾實驗室、喬治亞 理工學院及Charles Smithgall Institute。他曾擔任國際 電機及電子工程師學會電子元件封裝和生產技術學會會 長（1992至1993年）。他擁有五十多項美國專利，並獲多 項由IEEE頒授的殊榮。 Professor Wong is Dean of Engineering and Professor of Electronic Engineering of CUHK. He is a Member of the National Academy of Engineering, USA, an IEEE Fellow, Foreign Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Founding Member of The Academy of Sciences of Hong Kong. Prior to joining CUHK in 2010, he was with Stanford University, AT&T Bell Laboratories, Georgia Institute of Technology, and Charles Smithgall Institute. He was President of the IEEE Components, Packaging and Manufacturing Technology (CPMT) Society (1992–1993). He holds over 50 USA patents and received a number of IEEE awards. Prof. Christopher Gane 由2011年9月30日起為當然成員 ex officio from 30 September 2011 香港中文大學法律學院院長 Dean of Law, The Chinese University of Hong Kong Gane教授現為中大法律學院院長及法律學教授，加入中 大（2011年）前，任教於阿伯丁、雷丁、愛丁堡、蘭開斯特、 薩塞克斯、聖母及安特衛普等大學。他曾擔任蘇格蘭行 政院顧問，就根據1998年蘇格蘭法及1998年人權法蘇格 蘭應履行的人權責任提供專業意見，並按多個關於刑法、 刑事審判及刑事訴訟程序的法案，為蘇格蘭議會擔任顧 問。Gane教授曾受聘為蘇格蘭政府顧問，向政府提供歐 盟刑法及刑事訴訟程序意見，於1997年獲授阿伯丁格林 皮安高地及附島的榮譽郡長銜。Gane教授現為香港法律 改革委員會成員。 Professor Gane is Dean of Law and Professor of Law of CUHK. Prior to joining CUHK in 2011, he taught at the Universities of Aberdeen, Reading, Edinburgh, Lancaster, Sussex, Notre Dame and Antwerp. He has acted as a consultant to the Scottish Executive in respect of their Human Rights obligations under the Scotland Act 1998 and the Human Rights Act 1998, and as adviser to the Scottish Parliament on a number of criminal law, criminal justice and criminal procedure Bills and as adviser to the Scottish Government on European Union criminal law and procedure. He was appointed an Honorary Sheriff of Grampian Highland and Islands at Aberdeen in 1997. Professor Gane is a member of the Law Reform Commission of Hong Kong. 陳家亮教授 ，JP Prof. Francis K.L.
