He joined CUHK in 1997 and was Interim Dean (2013–2014), Associate Dean (Clinical) (2010–2012) and Assistant Dean (General Affairs) (2004–2011) of the Faculty of Medicine, and Director of the Institute of Digestive Disease (2010–2012). Prior to joining CUHK in 1995, hewas a research associate in the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, and post-doctoral fellow in the University of Southern California. He has been elected a Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) (2017) and has been awarded numerous honours, such as the Chinese Chemical Society Award for Outstanding Young Chemist, the Natural Science Award from CAS (first-class), the State Natural Science Prize (third class), The Croucher Senior Research Fellowship, the State National Science Prize (second-class) and the Chinese Chemical Society Yao-Zeng Huang Award in Organometallic Chemistry. 趙志裕教授 Prof. Chiu Chi-yue 由2014年11月11日起為當然成員 ex officio from 11 November 2014 香港中文大學社會科學院院長 Dean of Social Science, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 趙教授現為中大社會科學院院長及心理學教授。加入中 大（2014年）前，先後在新加坡南洋理工大學、伊利諾伊 大學及香港大學任教，並曾擔任中大社會科學院訪問教授 （2012年）及香港亞太研究所名譽研究員（2010至2014 年）。趙教授是多項國際學刊和叢書編輯，並與中國社會 科學院合作，每年義務培訓世界各地華人社科學者。 Professor Chiu is Dean of Social Science and Professor of Psychology of CUHK. He taught at Nanyang Technological University, University of Illinois and HKU before joining CUHK in 2014. He was Visiting Professor of Social Science (2012) and Research Fellow at the Hong Kong Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies (2010–2014). He is involved in editorial roles in reputable journals and book series and has collaborated with the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to offer voluntary research development training to Chinese social scientists on the mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Europe and Australia. Prof. Lutz-Christian Wolff 由2014年9月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 September 2014 香港中文大學研究院院長 Dean of the Graduate School, The Chinese University of Hong Kong Wolff教授現為中大研究院院長及法律學講座教授，曾 在德國及香港執業及教授法律，2005年加入中大為法 律學院創院成員之一，出任法律學院副院長（學院發展） （2008至2010年）及學院副院長（研究學科）（2010至 2014年）。他專研國際商業法、中國投資法、比較法及國 際私法，並在世界各地講授中國法律和內地營商的法律 議題。 Professor Wolff is Dean of the Graduate School and Professor of Law of CUHK. Before joining CUHK as one of the founding Members of the Faculty of Law (then the School of Law) in 2005, he taught at CityU and Passau University and carried out legal practice in Germany. He served as Associate Dean (Faculty Development) (2008– 2010) and Associate Dean (Graduate Studies) (2010– 2014) of the Faculty of Law of CUHK. He specializes in international business law, Chinese investment law, comparative law and private international law, and has given lectures around the world on Chinese law and the legal aspects of doing business on the mainland.
