68 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2017–2018 邵鵬柱教授 Prof. Shaw Pang-chui 由2016年5月12日起獲推選為成員 elected from 12 May 2016 香港中文大學崇基學院院務委員 Fellow of Chung Chi College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 邵教授現為中大崇基學院院務委員及生命科學學院 教授，1987年加入中大，出任中醫中藥研究所副所長 （2006年 – ）、李達三葉耀珍中醫藥研究發展中心主任 （2015年 – ）及研究生宿舍主任（2002年 – ）。他亦是香 港特別行政區漁農自然護理署保護稀有動植物諮詢委 員會主席。他是藥分子鑑定技術的先驅，其遺傳工程及 分子生物學研究成就卓越，曾協助多個政府機構鑑定中 藥，並培訓人員。他擁有四項美國專利和四項中國專利。 Professor Shaw is a Fellow of Chung Chi College and Professor in the School of Life Sciences of CUHK. He joined CUHK in 1987, and is Deputy Director of the Institute of Chinese Medicine (2006–), Director of Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin R & D Centre for Chinese Medicine (2015–) and Master of Postgraduate Halls (2002–). He also serves as Chairman of the Endangered Species Advisory Committee, Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department of the Hong Kong SAR. His research achievements in genetic engineering and molecular biology have been remarkable, and he is a world pioneer in the molecular authentication of Chinese medicinal materials. He has helped various government agencies to establish the identities of medicinal materials. He has obtained four USA patents and four Chinese patents. 陳新安教授 Prof. Chan Sun-on 由2014年1月21日起獲推選為成員 elected from 21 January 2014 香港中文大學新亞書院院務委員 Fellow of New Asia College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 陳教授現為中大新亞書院院務委員及生物醫學學院 教授，1986年加入中大，出任醫學院助理院長（教育） （2004年 – ）、新亞書院通識教育主任（2009年 – ）、副院 長（2011至2016年）及輔導長（1998至2000年）。他專 精解剖學、神經科學及發育生物學，於神經軸突生長和引 導機制、眼睛退化性和炎症性疾病的防護素有研究。 Professor Chan is Fellow of New Asia College and Professor in the School of Biomedical Sciences of CUHK. He joined CUHK in 1986, and has been Assistant Dean (Education) of the Faculty of Medicine (2004–), Dean of General Education (2009–), Associate Head (2011–2016) and Dean of Students (1998–2000) of New Asia College. His expertise is mainly on anatomy, neuroscience and developmental biology. His research interests include axon growth and pathfinding and protection of the eye in degenerative and inflammatory diseases. 黃聿教授 Prof. Huang Yu 由2015年9月5日起獲推選為成員 elected from 5 September 2015 香港中文大學聯合書院院務委員 Fellow of United College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 黃教授現為中大聯合書院院務委員及生物醫學學院教 授，加入中大（1993年）前在美國佛蒙特大學及加州大學 （洛杉磯分校）從事數年博士後研究工作。他曾出任中大 醫學院助理院長（研究）（2006至2013年），自2007年起 出任心腦血管醫學研究所創所所長（基礎研究）。他現為 亞洲血管生物學會主席、中國病理生理學會血管醫學專 業委員會副主任委員、國際心臟研究會中國分會副主席， 身兼多個專業學會的常務理事或理事，並獲頒國家教育 部2017年度高等學校科學研究優秀成果獎—自然科學二 等獎，國家自然科學獎二等獎（2014年）及裘槎優秀科研 者獎（2014年）。 Professor Huang is a Fellow of United College and Professor in the School of Biomedical Sciences of CUHK. Prior to joining CUHK in 1993, he had spent several years on post-doctoral research in the University of Vermont and the University of California at Los Angeles. He was Assistant Dean (Research) of the Faculty of Medicine (2006–2013) and is Founding Director (Basic Sciences) of the Institute of Vascular Medicine (2007–) of CUHK. He is President of the Asian Society for Vascular Biology, Vice- President of The Chinese Society of Vascular Medicine, Vice-President of The Chinese Section, International Society of Heart Research and Executive Council Member or Council Member of many professional societies. He received the Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Award of the Ministry of Education (2017) (Second-class in Natural Sciences), State Natural Science Award (Second-class Award) (2014) and the Croucher Senior Research Fellowship (2014). 胡志遠教授 Prof. Justin C.Y.
