After working as a Research Fellow in Chemistry at the California Institute of Technology for one year, he returned to his alma mater in 1994 to take up a Lecturership in the Department of Chemistry. He was the University Dean of Students (2009– 2017), Associate Vice-President (2011–2017) and Associate Dean (Student Affairs) of the Faculty of Science (2004–2008). He is a Fellow and Chartered Chemist of the Royal Society of Chemistry and a Chartered Scientist of the Science Council, UK. He has made significant contributions to curriculum development and assessment in Hong Kong’s secondary science education by participating in various related committees. 陳偉儀教授 Prof. Chan Wai-yee 由2018年8月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 August 2018 香港中文大學副校長 Pro-Vice-Chancellor, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 陳教授現為中大副校長、敬文書院院長、生物醫學 講座教授及組織工程與再生醫學研究所所長，同時 受任為中大 – 華大基因跨組學創新研究院院長，亦 擔任中大與數所院校共建的聯合實驗室主任。陳 教授加入中大（2009年）前曾於美國俄克拉荷馬大 學、喬治城大學及美國國立衛生研究院國立兒童健 康與人類發育研究所任職。他曾獲多個獎項及擁有 七項發明專利。 Professor Chan is Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Master of C.W. Chu College, Professor of Biomedical Sciences, and Director of the Institute for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine of CUHK. He is also Director of CUHK-BGI Innovation Institute of Trans- omics and several joint laboratories. Prior to joining CUHK in 2009, he had worked in the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center, Georgetown University Medical Center, and National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, National Institutes of Health, USA. He received numerous honours and awards and holds seven patents. 梁定邦博士， SC ， JP Dr. Anthony Neoh, SC , JP 由2017年3月2日起獲委任為大學司庫 appointed Treasurer of the University from 2 March 2017 香港執業資深大律師及仲裁員 Senior Counsel and International Arbitrator 梁博士現為中大司庫、香港執業資深大律師及國際 仲裁員，一直致力教學與研究法律金融史及當前金 融監管課題。他曾任香港證券及期貨事務監察委員 會主席及中國證券監督管理委員會首席顧問，現為 獨立監察警方處理投訴委員會主席、中華人民共和 國最高人民法院中華司法研究會常務理事及新加坡 國立大學客座教授。他自1994年起出任中大校董， 並於1995至1997年間出任中大校董會副主席。 Dr. Neoh is Treasurer of the University, a senior counsel and international arbitrator. He has been teaching and pursuing his research interests in legal and financial history and current issues of financial regulation. He was the Chairman of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, and Chief Adviser to the China Securities Regulatory Commission. He is currently Chairman of the Independent Police Complaints Council, Member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese Judicial Studies Institute, Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China, and Dean’s Visiting Professor of the School of Business of National University of Singapore. He has been Member of the Council since 1994 and was Vice-Chairman of the Council of CUHK (1995–1997). 李國星先生 Mr. Aubrey K.S.
