Leung 由2011年3月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 March 2011 香港中文大學教育學院院長 Dean of Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 梁教授現為中大教育學院院長及教育心理學系教 授，曾在內布拉斯加大學林肯分校及休斯頓大學任 教，1996年加入中大，後出任教育學院副院長（研 究）（2009至2011年）。梁教授獲選為美國心理學 會院士（2006年）、該學會的心理輔導分會國際部 會長（2008至2010年）、香港專業輔導協會會長， 並獲頒「推動輔導專業國際化傑出貢獻獎」（2008 年）、伊利諾伊大學厄本那 – 香檳分校教育學院傑出 校友獎（2009年）及Ursula Gielen環球心理學書獎 （2010年）。 Professor Leung is Dean of Education and Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology of CUHK. He joined CUHK in 1996 and was Associate Dean (Research) of the Faculty of Education (2009–2011) after serving as a faculty member at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the University of Houston. He was elected Fellow of the American Psychological Association (APA) (2006), Chairman of the International Section of the Society of Counseling Psychology, APA (2008–2010), and President of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association. He received the Distinguished Contributions to the International Advancement of the Counseling Profession Award (2008), Distinguished Alumni Award by the College of Education, University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign (2009), and Ursula Gielen Global Psychology Book Award (2010). 黃定發教授 Prof. Martin D.F. Wong 由2019年1月4日起為當然成員 ex officio from 4 January 2019 香港中文大學工程學院院長 Dean of Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 黃教授現為中大工程學院院長及計算機科學與工程 學系教授。加入中大（2019年）前，黃教授為伊利諾 伊大學厄本那 – 香檳分校工程學院行政副院長。黃 教授是國際知名的電子設計自動化專家，是計算機 器學會與電機及電子工程師學會院士，並獲計算機 器學會與電機及電子工程師學會頒發多個聲譽卓著 的獎項。 Professor Wong is Dean of Engineering and Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of CUHK. Prior to joining CUHK in 2019, he was the Executive Associate Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Professor Wong is a world- renowned scholar in the area of Electronic Design Automation (EDA). He is a Fellow of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), and has won a number of prestigious awards from ACM and IEEE. Prof. Christopher Gane 由2011年9月30日起為當然成員 ex officio from 30 September 2011 香港中文大學法律學院院長 Dean of Law, The Chinese University of Hong Kong Gane教授現為中大法律學院院長及法律學教授， 加入中大（2011年）前，任教於阿伯丁、雷丁、愛丁 堡、蘭開斯特、薩塞克斯、聖母及安特衛普等大學。 他曾擔任蘇格蘭行政院顧問，就根據1998年蘇格蘭 法及1998年人權法蘇格蘭應履行的人權責任提供專 業意見，並按多個關於刑法、刑事審判及刑事訴訟 程序的法案，為蘇格蘭議會擔任顧問。Gane教授曾 受聘為蘇格蘭政府顧問，向政府提供歐盟刑法及刑 事訴訟程序意見，於1997年獲授阿伯丁格林皮安高 地及附島的榮譽郡長銜。Gane教授現為香港法律 改革委員會成員。
