He was Visiting Professor of Social Science (2012) and Research Fellow at the Hong Kong Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies (2010–2014). He is involved in editorial roles in reputable journals and book series and has collaborated with the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to offer voluntary research development training to Chinese social scientists on the mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Europe and Australia. Prof. Lutz-Christian Wolff 由2014年9月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 September 2014 香港中文大學研究院院長 Dean of the Graduate School, The Chinese University of Hong Kong Wolff教授現為中大研究院院長及法律學講座教授， 曾在德國及香港執業及教授法律，2005年加入中 大為法律學院創院成員之一，出任法律學院副院長 （學院發展）（2008至2010年）及學院副院長（研 究學科）（2010至2014年）。他專研國際商業法、中 國投資法、比較法及國際私法，並在世界各地講授 中國法律和內地營商的法律議題。 Professor Wolff is Dean of the Graduate School and Professor of Law of CUHK. Before joining CUHK as one of the founding Members of the Faculty of Law (then the School of Law) in 2005, he taught at CityU and Passau University and carried out legal practice in Germany. He served as Associate Dean (Faculty Development) (2008–2010) and Associate Dean (Graduate Studies) (2010–2014) of the Faculty of Law of CUHK. He specializes in international business law, Chinese investment law, comparative law and private international law, and has given lectures around the world on Chinese law and the legal aspects of doing business on the mainland. 邵鵬柱教授 Prof. Shaw Pang-chui 由2016年5月12日起獲推選為成員 elected from 12 May 2016 香港中文大學崇基學院院務委員 Fellow of Chung Chi College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 邵教授現為中大崇基學院院務委員及生命科學學 院教授，1987年加入中大，出任中醫中藥研究所副 所長（2006年 – ）、李達三葉耀珍中醫藥研究發展中 心主任（2015年 – ）及研究生宿舍主任（2002年 – ）。 他亦是香港特別行政區漁農自然護理署保護稀有 動植物諮詢委員會主席。他是藥分子鑑定技術的先 驅，其遺傳工程及分子生物學研究成就卓越，曾協 助多個政府機構鑑定中藥，並培訓人員。他擁有四 項美國專利和四項中國專利。 Professor Shaw is a Fellow of Chung Chi College and Professor in the School of Life Sciences of CUHK. He joined CUHK in 1987, and is Deputy Director of the Institute of Chinese Medicine (2006–), Director of Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin R & D Centre for Chinese Medicine (2015–) and Master of Postgraduate Halls (2002–). He also serves as Chairman of the Endangered Species Advisory Committee, Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department of the Hong Kong SAR. His research achievements in genetic engineering and molecular biology have been remarkable, and he is a world pioneer in the molecular authentication of Chinese medicinal materials. He has helped various government agencies to establish the identities of medicinal materials. He has obtained four USA patents and four Chinese patents. 陳新安教授 Prof. Chan Sun-on 由2014年1月21日起獲推選為成員 elected from 21 January 2014 香港中文大學新亞書院院務委員 Fellow of New Asia College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 陳教授現為中大新亞書院院務委員及生物醫學學 院教授，1986年加入中大，出任醫學院助理院長 （教育）（2 0 0 4年 – ）、新亞書院通識教育主任 （2009年 – ）、副院長（2011年 – ）及輔導長（1998 至2000年）。他專精解剖學、神經科學及發育生物 學，於神經軸突生長和引導機制、眼睛退化性和炎 症性疾病的防護素有研究。 Professor Chan is Fellow of New Asia College and Professor in the School of Biomedical Sciences of CUHK.
