76 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2018–2019 主席。自1993年起屢獲香港政府邀請出任委員會及 工作小組主席及委員，包括香港免費幼稚園教育委 員會、平等機會委員會、婦女事務委員會、家庭議會 等，又獲邀出任聯合國非政府機構代表及聯合國教 科文組織項目顧問。孔博士對各項公職及社會服務 的投入為她帶來多項殊榮，包括獲特區政府頒授銅 紫荊星章。 Dr. Koong is the Chief Principal of Victoria Education (China) Group and the Co-Founder and Deputy Supervisor of Victoria Shanghai Academy. Dr. Koong has spearheaded progress in education in Hong Kong, China and across the world. She was World President of World Organization for Early Childhood Education and Vice-Chairperson of UNICEF-Hong Kong. She has been directly appointed by Hong Kong SAR government to serve on key government committees since 1993, including the Committee on Free Kindergarten Education, the Equal Opportunities Commission, the Women’s Commission, and the Family Council. She is also a project adviser for UNESCO and an NGO representative for the United Nations. Her achievements in public and community service have brought her many accolades, including among others a Bronze Bauhinia Star from the Hong Kong SAR government. 李君豪先生， BBS ， Order of the Crown (Belgium) Mr. Vincent M.K.H. Lee, BBS , Order of the Crown (Belgium) 由2016年6月1日起獲委任為成員 nominated from 1 June 2016 東泰集團主席 Chairman of Tung Tai Group of Companies 李先生現為東泰集團主席，擁有豐富銀行及金融業 務經驗，於香港、中國、美國及加拿大等地從事銀 行、商業及地產業務。他曾出任香港交易及結算所 有限公司獨立非執行董事（2000至2017年）、香港 交易及結算所有限公司常務委員會委員及現貨市場 諮詢小組主席，亦曾為香港金融發展局非官方委員。 李先生曾協助籌劃創辦「香港加拿大國際學校」， 於2006至2008年獲推選為該校校董會主席。 Mr. Lee is Chairman of the Tung Tai Group of Companies and is a professional in international investments and finance, and has extensive experience in banking, and corporate and real estate transactions in Hong Kong, China, the USA and Canada. He was elected as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (2000–2017), and Member of its Executive Committee and Chairman of Cash Market Consultative Panel. He was also Non-official Member of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council. He is Founding Member of the Canadian International School of Hong Kong, and had been elected Chairman of the School Management Council from 2006 to 2008. 陳遠秀女士 Ms. Kelly Y.S. Chan 由2017年11月27日起獲委任為成員 Nominated from 27 November 2017 遠博顧問有限公司董事總經理 Managing Director, Peony Consulting Services Limited 陳女士現為遠博顧問有限公司董事總經理，從事企 業管冶、風險管理及業務流程優化等多方面的管理 諮詢服務。她曾於香港、內地及美國多家跨國企業 擔任管理層要職，擁有豐富的會計及財務管理以及 業務營運的經驗。陳女士曾任特許公認會計師公會 香港分會會長，現為香港女會計師協會創會理事及 副會長，亦是僱員補償保險徵款管理局主席、復康 資源協會董事局成員、香港話劇團理事會成員、教 育統籌委員會成員、優質教育基金督導委員會成員、 空運牌照局成員及海濱事務委員會成員。 Kelly is the Managing Director of Peony Consulting Services, specializing in a broad range of management advisory services including corporate governance, risk management and business process re-engineering. She possesses extensive experience in the finance and accounting industry as well as business operations in various multinational corporations in Hong Kong, the mainland China and the USA. She was the Past President of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Hong Kong) and is currently a Founding Member as well as the Vice-President of the Association of Women Accountants (Hong Kong). She is the Chairperson of the Employees’ Compensation Insurance Levies Management Board, Board Member of the Rehabaid Society, Council Member of the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, Member of the Education Commission, Member of the Quality Education Fund Steering Committee, Member of the Air Transport Licensing Authority and of the Harbourfront Commission.
