管理與行政 Governance and Administration 77 盧廸生先生 Mr. Dickson D.S. Lo 由2014年11月27日起獲委任為成員 nominated from 27 November 2014 AECOM集團亞太區營運總裁 Chief Operating Officer, Asia-Pacific, AECOM 盧先生為專業工程師，擁有多年建造業經驗，曾 管理亞洲許多大型多元基建及發展項目，現任 AECOM集團亞太區營運總裁，負責監督公司於大 中華、東南亞及澳洲／紐西蘭等亞太區的日常營運及 管理。他曾出任香港顧問工程師協會主席。 Mr. Lo is a professional engineer and has many years of experience in the construction industry, managing many large-scale multi-disciplinary infrastructure and development projects in Asia. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer, Asia- Pacific, of AECOM, overseeing the operation and management of the company’s business in Asia- Pacific covering Greater China, South East Asia and Australia/New Zealand. He was Former Chairman of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Hong Kong. 張宇人議員， GBS ， JP The Honourable Cheung Yu-yan, GBS , JP 由2008年10月17日起獲推選為成員 elected from 17 October 2008 立法會議員 Member, Legislative Council 張議員現為立法會議員（飲食界功能組別）及行政 會議成員，自由黨主席，並為多間公司主席／董事／非 執行董事／獨立非執行董事，身兼多個公職，包括香 港飲食業聯合總會會長、現代管理（飲食）專業協會 創會會長、港九粉麵製造業工會名譽會長，亦曾任 東區區議會議員。 Mr. Cheung is a Member of the Legislative Council (Catering Functional Constituency) and the Executive Council and Chairman of the Liberal Party. He is Chairman/Director/Non-Executive Member/ Independent Non-Executive Director of a number of companies, and Chairman of the Hong Kong Catering Industry Association and Honorary Life President of The Association of Restaurant Managers Limited, as well as Honorary President of the Hong Kong and Kowloon Vermicelli and Noodle Manufacturing Workers Union. He also served as an Eastern District Councillor. 何啟明議員 The Honourable Ho Kai-ming 由2016年10月28日起獲推選為成員 elected from 28 October 2016 立法會議員 Member, Legislative Council 何啓明議員現為立法會議員（勞工界功能界別）、香 港工會聯合會成員及觀塘區議會議員。他亦是觀塘 區議會財務及行政委員會副主席、地區設施管理委 員會委員、環境及衞生委員會委員、交通及運輸委員 會委員、宣傳工作小組主席、交通及運輸工作計劃 小組主席、檢討區議會撥款工作小組成員、觀塘區 發展及重建專責小組成員。 Mr. Ho is a Member of the Legislative Council (Labour Functional Constituency), The Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions, and Member of the Kwun Tong District Council. He is also the Vice-Chairman of the Finance and Administration Committee, Member of the District Facilities Management Commit tee, Member of the Environment and Hygiene Committee, Member of the Traffic and Transport Committee, Chairman of the Publicity Working Group, Chairman of the Traffic and Transport Working Group, Member of The Working Group on Review of District Council Funds and Member of the Kwun Tong Development and Renewal Task Force, of the Kwun Tong District Council. 劉國勳議員， MH The Honourable Lau Kwok-fan, MH 由2016年10月28日起獲推選為成員 elected from 28 October 2016 立法會議員 Member, Legislative Council 劉國勳議員現為立法會議員（區議會〔第一〕功能界 別）及北區區議會議員。他是新界青年聯會副會長、 新界社團聯會副理事長、五旬節靳茂生小學校友會 幹事會主席，他亦是北區區議會交通及運輸委員會 主席、北區房屋及城市規劃工作小組主席、地區設 施管理委員會委員及地區小型工程及環境改善委員 會委員。 Mr. Lau is a Member of the Legislative Council (District Council [First] Functional Constituency) and Member of the North District Council.
