Tuan 由2018年1月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 January 2018 香港中文大學校長 Vice-Chancellor, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 段教授現任職中大校長及組織工程學及再生醫學教 授。於2016年出任中大傑出訪問教授及組織工程與 再生醫學研究所首任所長前，他在美國匹茲堡大學 及多所著名大學任教，並在美國國立衛生研究院出 任研究及行政崗位。段教授為國際知名生物醫學科 學家，屢獲國際殊榮，並獲推選為美國國家發明家 學會會士（2017年），中國發明協會首屆會士（2018 年）及美國解剖學家協會院士（2019年）。他現任著 名幹細胞期刊 Stem Cell Research and Therapy 創 刊編輯及發育生物期刊 Birth Defects Research 創 刊編輯（2003至2017年）。他亦先後出任研究資助 局生物學及醫學學科小組成員及主席（2010至2016 年）。 Professor Tuan is Vice-Chancellor/President and Professor of Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine of CUHK. Prior to joining CUHK in 2016 as a Distinguished Visiting Professor and the Founding Director of the Institute for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine, he held various academic and administrative positions at the University of Pittsburgh and other renowned universities in the USA, as well as research leadership position at the National Institutes of Health. Professor Tuan is an internationally renowned biomedical scientist who has been recognized regionally with a number of awards. He has been elected a Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors (2017), the Chinese Association of Inventions (2018) and the American Association of Anatomists (2019). He is a founding and current editor of the leading stem cell journal Stem Cell Research and Therapy and a founding editor (2003–2017) of the developmental biology journal Birth Defects Research . He also served as Member/Chairman of the Biology and Medicine Panel of the Research Grants Council (2010–2016). 陳金樑教授 Prof. Alan K.L. Chan 2020年1月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 January 2020 香港中文大學常務副校長 Provost, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 陳教授現為中大常務副校長及哲學系和文化及宗教 研究系教授。在任職中大前，他曾在曼尼托巴大學、 新加坡國立大學及新加坡南洋理工大學任教及出任 多個管理職位，並於新加坡國立大學任教期間，兩 度獲頒卓越教學獎。陳教授的研究領域為中國哲學 和宗教、詮釋學和批判理論。他是多個國際組織的 理事會成員，包括新加坡社會科學研究理事會、中 國國際儒學聯合會理事會；亦是 Journal of Daoist Studies 和《中國研究牛津在線參考書目》的編輯委 員會成員。 Professor Chan is currently the Provost and Professor in the Department of Philosophy and the Department of Cultural and Religious Studies of CUHK. Prior to joining CUHK, he held various academic and leadership roles at the University of Manitoba, the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. While at NUS, Professor Chan twice received the Teaching Excellence Awards. Professor Chan’s research focuses on Chinese philosophy and religion, and hermeneutics and critical theory.
