He had taken part in the founding of the Next Magazine , and was the former Group General Manager of Sing Tao Group and the Managing Director of Overseas Chinese Daily News Limited. He was the Managing Director of the Sirius Pacific Consultants Limited which specialized in consultancy for investments, finance, and strategic corporate communication services. He is now a broadcaster on Metro Radio, and a Member of the Board of Trustees of New Asia College and Committee of Overseers of C.W. Chu College of CUHK. 殷巧兒女士，MH，JP Ms. Lina H.Y. Yan, MH , JP 由2014年8月25日起獲推選為成員 elected from 25 August 2014 維德教育發展有限公司常務董事 Managing Director of Wide Education Development Organisation Limited 殷女士為維德教育發展有限公司常務董事，於中大畢業後從事教育工作，曾任中學副校長與教師，以及中、小學及幼稚園校董。她於1999年獲選為中大評議會主席，亦曾任中大校友會聯會會長及中大多個委員會及工作小組的成員，現任中大聯合書院校董會主席。 Ms. Yan is Managing Director of Wide Education Development Organisation Limited and an eminent educationalist. She had worked as Vice-Principal and teacher of a secondary school, and served as Board Member of secondary and primary schools and kindergartens after graduating from CUHK. She was elected Chairman of CUHK Convocation in 1999, and was former President of The Federation of Alumni Associations of CUHK. She is an active participant of University committees, and is currently Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of United College of CUHK. 李國忠先生 Mr. Simon K.C.
