管理與行政 Governance and Administration 73 Professor Zhou is Dean of Business Administration and Professor in the Department of Decision Sciences and Managerial Economics of CUHK. Prior to joining CUHK in 2019, he taught at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Arizona State University, Duke University, and Yale University, USA. His research interest covers the basic areas of microeconomics, including game theory, mechanism design, social choice and welfare. He was elected as a fellow of the Econometric Society (2009), the first from Greater China. The Shanghai Municipal government awarded him the Magnolia Silver Award for his contribution to society as a foreign expert (2013). 梁湘明教授 Prof. Alvin S.M. Leung 由2011年3月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 March 2011 香港中文大學教育學院院長 Dean of Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 梁教授現為中大教育學院院長及教育心理學系教 授，曾在內布拉斯加大學林肯分校及休斯頓大學任 教，1996年加入中大，後出任教育學院副院長（研 究）（2009至2011年）。梁教授獲選為美國心理學 會院士（2006年）、該學會的心理輔導分會國際部 會長（2008至2010年）、香港專業輔導協會會長， 並獲頒「推動輔導專業國際化傑出貢獻獎」（2008 年）、伊利諾伊大學厄本那 – 香檳分校教育學院傑 出校友獎（2009年）及Ursula Gielen環球心理學書 獎（2010年）。 Professor Leung is Dean of Education and Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology of CUHK. He joined CUHK in 1996 andwas Associate Dean (Research) of the Faculty of Education (2009–2011) after serving as a faculty member at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the University of Houston. He was elected Fellow of the American Psychological Association (APA) (2006), Chairman of the International Section of the Society of Counseling Psychology, APA (2008–2010), and President of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association. He received the Distinguished Contributions to the International Advancement of the Counseling Profession Award (2008), Distinguished Alumni Award by the College of Education, University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign (2009), andUrsula GielenGlobal Psychology Book Award (2010). 黃定發教授 Prof. Martin D.F. Wong 由2019年1月4日起為當然成員 ex officio from 4 January 2019 香港中文大學工程學院院長 Dean of Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 黃教授現為中大工程學院院長及計算機科學與工 程學系教授。加入中大（2019年）前，黃教授為伊利 諾伊大學厄本那 – 香檳分校工程學院行政副院長。 黃教授是國際知名的電子設計自動化專家，是計算 機器學會與電機及電子工程師學會院士，並獲計算 機器學會與電機及電子工程師學會頒發多個聲譽卓 著的獎項。 Professor Wong is Dean of Engineering and Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of CUHK. Prior to joining CUHK in 2019, he was the Executive Associate Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Professor Wong is a world-renowned scholar in the area of Electronic Design Automation (EDA). He is a Fellow of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), and has won a number of prestigious awards from ACM and IEEE. 鄔楓教授 Prof. Lutz-Christian Wolff 由2014年9月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 September 2014 香港中文大學法律學院院長 Dean of Law, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 鄔楓教授現為中大法律學院院長及法律學講座教 授，曾在德國及香港執業及教授法律，2005年加入 中大為法律學院創院成員之一，出任法律學院副院 長（學院發展）（2008至2010年），學院副院長（研 究學科）（2010至2014年）及研究院院長（2014至 2019年）。他專研國際商業法、中國投資法、比較 法及國際私法，並在世界各地講授中國法律和內地 營商的法律議題。 Professor Wolff is Dean of Law and Professor of Law of CUHK.
