管理與行政 Governance and Administration 75 Professor Chiu is Dean of Social Science and Professor of Psychology of CUHK. He taught at Nanyang Technological University, University of Illinois and HKU before joining CUHK in 2014. He was Visiting Professor of Social Science (2012) and Research Fellow at the Hong Kong Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies (2010–2014). He is involved in editorial roles in reputable journals and book series and has collaborated with the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to offer voluntary research development training to Chinese social scientists on the mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Europe and Australia. 陳德章教授 Professor Anthony T.C. Chan 由2019年9月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 September 2019 香港中文大學研究院院長 Dean of the Graduate School, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 陳教授現為中大研究院院長、醫學院副院長（常務）、 腫瘤學講座教授及伍宜孫書院院長。他亦為香港癌 症研究所所長及包玉剛爵士癌症中心總監、轉化腫 瘤學國家重點實驗室（中大）副主任、中大一期臨床 研究中心首席總監、威爾斯親王醫院臨床腫瘤科部 門主管及新界東醫院聯網臨床腫瘤科聯網統籌。陳 教授是香港內科醫學院副主席，並榮膺該院達安輝 爵士講座的講者（2008年），他亦曾擔任蔡永業紀 念講座的講者（2013年）。 Professor Chan is Dean of the Graduate School, Associate Dean (Institutional Affairs) of the Faculty of Medicine, Professor of Clinical Oncology and Master of Wu Yee Sun College of CUHK. He is also Director of the Hong Kong Cancer Institute, Director of the Sir YK Pao Centre for Cancer, Associate Director of the State Key Laboratory of Translational Oncology (CUHK), Chief Director of Phase 1 Clinical Trial Centre, CUHK, the Chief of Service of the Department of Clinical Oncology, Prince of Wales Hospital as well as the Cluster Coordinator in Clinical Oncology of the New Territories East Cluster. Professor Chan is the Vice-President of the Hong Kong College of Physicians, and was invited to give the Sir David Todd lecture in 2008 by the College and delivered the Gerald Choa Memorial Lecture in 2013. 邵鵬柱教授 Prof. Shaw Pang-chui 由2016年5月12日起獲推選為成員 elected from 12 May 2016 香港中文大學崇基學院院務委員 Fellow of Chung Chi College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 邵教授現為中大崇基學院院務委員及生命科學學院 教授，1987年加入中大，出任中醫中藥研究所副所長 （2006年 – ）、李達三葉耀珍中醫藥研究發展中心主 任（2015年 – ）及研究生宿舍主任（2002年 – ）。他亦 是香港特別行政區漁農自然護理署保護稀有動植物 諮詢委員會主席。他是藥分子鑑定技術的先驅，其 遺傳工程及分子生物學研究成就卓越，曾協助多個 政府機構鑑定中藥，並培訓人員。他擁有四項美國 專利和四項中國專利。 Professor Shaw is a Fellow of Chung Chi College and Professor in the School of Life Sciences of CUHK. He joined CUHK in 1987, and is Deputy Director of the Institute of Chinese Medicine (2006–), Director of Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin R & D Centre for Chinese Medicine (2015–) andMaster of Postgraduate Halls (2002–). He also serves as Chairman of the Endangered Species Advisory Committee, Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department of the Hong Kong SAR. His research achievements in genetic engineering and molecular biology have been remarkable, and he is a world pioneer in the molecular authentication of Chinese medicinal materials. He has helped various government agencies to establish the identities of medicinal materials. He has obtained four USA patents and four Chinese patents. 陳新安教授 Prof. Chan Sun-on 由2014年1月21日起獲推選為成員 elected from 21 January 2014 香港中文大學新亞書院院務委員 Fellow of New Asia College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 陳教授現為中大新亞書院院務委員及生物醫學學院 教授，1986年加入中大，出任醫學院助理院長（教育） （2004年 – ）、新亞書院通識教育主任（2009年 – ）、 副院長（2011年 – ）及輔導長（1998至2000年）。他 專精解剖學、神經科學及發育生物學，於神經軸突 生長和引導機制、眼睛退化性和炎症性疾病的防護 素有研究。
