管理與行政 Governance and Administration 77 研究所副所長。他在1988年加入中大，曾出任協理 副校長（2009至2017年）及社會科學院暫任院長 （2014年），並協助設立中國環境戰略研究中心。 馮教授現為環境局能源諮詢委員會及長遠減碳策略 支援小組成員，亦為上訴委員團（城市規劃）委員。 Professor Fung is Professor in the Department of Geography and Resource Management, Co-Director of the Institute of Future Cities, and Associate Director of the Institute of Environment, Energy and Sustainability of CUHK. He joined CUHK in 1988 and was Associate Vice-President (2009–2017) and Interim Dean of the Faculty of Social Science (2014), and helped establish the new Centre of Strategic Environmental Assessment for China. Professor Fung is now Member of the Energy Advisory Committee, and Support Group on Long- term Decarbonisation Strategy of the Environment Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR, and Member of the Appeal Board Panel (Town Planning). 李浩文教授 Prof. Jimmy H.M. Lee 由2019年9月10日起獲推選為成員 elected from 10 September 2019 香港中文大學計算機科學與工程學系教授 Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 李教授現為中大計算機科學與工程學系教授、工程 學院副院長（教育）及新亞書院副輔導長。李教授 曾任中大工程學院助理院長（教育）（2018至2019 年）、計算機科學研究生部主任（2008至2011年） 及資訊科技教育促進中心的副總監及總監（2004 至2012年）。他曾獲得多個教學獎項。 Professor Lee is Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Associate Dean (Education) of the Faculty of Engineering and Associate Dean of Students of New Asia College of CUHK. He was Assistant Dean (Education) of the Faculty of Engineering (2018–2019), Graduate Division Head of Computer Science (2008–2011), and Associate Director and Director of the Center for the Advancement of Information Technology in Education (2004–2012). He has received numerous teaching awards. 盧煜明教授， SBS ， JP Prof. Dennis Y.M. Lo, SBS, JP 由2016年9月29日起獲推選為成員 elected from 29 September 2016 香港中文大學醫學講座教授及化學病理學講座教授 Professor of Medicine and Professor of Chemical Pathology, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 盧教授現為中大醫學講座教授及化學病理學講座 教授，並兼任中大醫學院副院長（研究）及李嘉誠 健康科學研究所所長。盧教授加入中大（1997年） 前曾於英國牛津大學任職。盧教授開創無創性產前 檢查，曾獲得多個國際獎項以表揚其臨床化學研究 領域上的重要貢獻，當中包括2014年「費薩爾國王 國際醫學獎」。他現為英國劍橋大學伊曼紐爾學院 榮譽院士、港科院創院院士、美國國家科學院外籍 院士、英國皇家學會及世界科學院院士。他擁有多 個分子診斷的專利。盧教授是首位華人獲美國臨床 化學協會頒授Wallace H. Coulter講學獎（2015年）。 Professor Lo is Professor of Medicine and Professor of Chemical Pathology of CUHK. He is also Associate Dean (Research) of the Faculty of Medicine and Director of the Li Ka Shing Institute of Health Sciences of CUHK. Before joining CUHK (1997), he worked at the University of Oxford, UK. He introduced non-invasive prenatal diagnosis, which brought him numerous international awards, including the King Faisal International Prize for Medicine (2014). He is Honorary Fellow of Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge, Founding Member of The Academy of Sciences of Hong Kong, Foreign Associate of the National Academy of Sciences, USA, and Fellow of The Royal Society and The World Academy of Sciences. He holds numerous patents in molecular diagnostics. Professor Lo is the first Chinese honoured with American Association for Clinical Chemistry Wallace H. Coulter Lectureship Award (2015).
