Chan 由2017年11月27日起獲委任為成員 nominated from 27 November 2017 遠博顧問有限公司董事總經理 Managing Director, Peony Consulting Services Limited 陳女士現為遠博顧問有限公司董事總經理，從事企業管冶、風險管理及業務流程優化等多方面的管理諮詢服務。她也是中大轉研有限公司之董事局主席，並曾於香港、內地及美國多家跨國企業擔任管理層要職，擁有豐富的會計及財務管理以及業務營運的經驗。陳女士曾任特許公認會計師公會香港分會會長，現為香港女會計師協會創會理事及副會長，亦是僱員補償保險徵款管理局主席、復康資源協會董事局成員、香港話劇團理事會成員、教育統籌委員會成員、優質教育基金督導委員會成員、空運牌照局成員及海濱事務委員會成員。 Kelly is the Managing Director of Peony Consulting Services, specializing in a broad range of management advisory services including corporate governance, risk management and business process re-engineering. She is also the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of TR at CUHK Limited. Kelly possesses extensive experience in the finance and accounting industry as well as business operations in various multinational corporations in Hong Kong, the mainland China and the USA. She was the Past President of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Hong Kong) and is currently a Founding Member as well as the Vice-President of the Association of Women Accountants (Hong Kong). She is the Chairperson of the Employees’ Compensation Insurance Levies Management Board, Board Member of the Rehabaid Society, Council Member of the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, Member of the Education Commission, Member of the Quality Education Fund Steering Committee, Member of the Air Transport Licensing Authority and of the Harbourfront Commission. 朱鼎健博士 Dr. Kenneth T.K. Chu 由2017年1月1日起獲委任為成員 nominated from 1 January 2017 觀瀾湖集團主席兼行政總裁 Chairman and CEO of Mission Hills Group 朱博士現為觀瀾湖集團主席兼行政總裁。朱博士曾任香港西北區扶輪社社長及香港東華三院總理，現為全國政協委員、海南省政協常委、中國外商投資企業協會副會長、中國企業體育協會副主席、中美交流基金會贊助人、香港工商專業協進會永遠名譽會長、中國體育工作者聯會（香港）首席會長及大嶼山發展諮詢委員會委員。 Dr. Chu is the Chairman and CEO of Mission Hills Group. He served as the President of Rotary Club of Hong Kong Northwest and Director of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals.
