2020–2021 年度概覽 Highlights 23 東京2020奧林匹克運動會 Tokyo 2020 Olympics 心理學系碩士畢業生鄭莉梅代表香港 參加東京奧運女子4x100米自由泳接力 項目。莉梅於2018年雅加達亞運會接 力賽勇奪一銀兩銅,今年是她第二次出 戰奧運。 法律博士生兼劍擊運動員江旻憓成為首 位晉身奧運個人賽八強的香港女子重劍 手。旻憓於體育界屢獲殊榮,積極貢獻 社會,獲選為2021年「十大傑出青年」。 Master alumna of the Department of Psychology and winner of one silver and two bronze medals in three relay events at the Jakarta Palembang 2018 Asian Games, Camille Cheng, represented Hong Kong at the Olympic Games for the second time. The talented swimmer competed in the women’s 4x100m freestyle relay event this year. Vivian Kong Man-wai, student of the Juris Doctor Programme, became the first female épée fencer from Hong Kong to enter the quarter-finals in the Olympic Games. She received the ‘Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award 2021’ for her achievements in sports and community contributions. 東京2020殘疾人奧林匹克 運動會 Tokyo 2020 Paralympics 中大地理與資源管理學系畢業生兼體育 學碩士余翠怡代表香港參加東京殘奧輪 椅劍擊共四個項目。翠怡為香港史上累 積殘奧金牌數目最多的選手。 校友黃君恒與隊友勇奪東京殘奧硬地滾 球BC4混合雙人賽銀牌。君恒畢業於中 大計算機科學與工程學系,並取得中大 學位教師教育文憑,縱然面對挑戰依然 堅持到底,精神可嘉。 Yu Chui-yee, graduate of the Department of Geography and Resource Management and master alumna in Sports Studies, represented Hong Kong in four wheelchair fencing events at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. Chui-yee is the record holder for winning the most Paralympic gold medals in Hong Kong. CUHK alumnus Wong Kwan Hang and his teammates won a silver medal for Hong Kong in the mixed pairs boccia BC4 event at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics. The CUHK Computer Science and Engineering graduate and holder of a Postgraduate Diploma in Education impresses us with great perseverance in the face of challenges. 中華人民共和國第十四屆 全國運動會 14th National Games of the People’s Republic of China 十三名中大學生及校友代表香港參加 中華人民共和國第十四屆全國運動會, 於賽場上充分展現中大人不屈不撓的 精神。 江旻憓於全運會勇奪女子個人重劍銅 牌,為港爭光。 13 students and alumni represented Hong Kong at the 14th National Games of the People’s Republic of China. The outstanding athletes demonstrated the strong determination and unswerving will of CUHKers in competing for honour. Star fencer Vivian Kong Man-wai earned credits for our hometown by clinching bronze in the women’s individual event at the Games.
