Luk, BBS , JP 由2017年3月2日起獲推選為成員 elected from 2 March 2017 資深銀行家 Veteran Banker 陸先生是退休資深銀行家，曾任恒生銀行常務董事 兼副行政總裁，具三十多年金融銀行實務及研究經 驗，現兼任多家企業獨立非執行董事，包括上市之 中國地產集團有限公司、金寶通集團有限公司、鴻 興印刷集團有限公司及有線寬頻通訊有限公司等。 他也曾擔任多個政府委員會公職，並獲香港銀行學 會頒授院士級銜，現為中大善衡書院院監會成員。 他自1997年起出任中大校董，並於1999至2017年 間出任中大司庫。 Mr. Luk is a retired veteran banker having more than 30 years of experience in finance and banking. He was Managing Director and Deputy Chief Executive of Hang Seng Bank before retirement. Currently, Mr. Luk is an Independent Non-Executive Director on the boards of listed companies including China Properties Group Limited, Computime Group Limited, Hung Hing Printing Group Limited and i-Cable Communications Limited. He has served on many government boards and committees and is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers. Mr. Luk is also a Member of the Committee of Overseers of S.H. Ho College of CUHK. He has been Member of the Council (since 1997) and was Treasurer of CUHK (1999–2017). 楊于銘先生 Mr. Kelvin Y.M. Yeung 由2021年4月24日起獲推選為成員 elected from 24 April 2021 睿思資本有限公司固定收益投資總監 Director (Fixed Income) of RAYS Capital Partners Limited 楊先生為中大聯合書院校友，在風險管理及企業融 資方面有豐富經驗，現為睿思資本有限公司固定收益 投資總監。他持有特許金融分析師及金融風險管理 師資格，曾任香港財經分析師學會大學聯絡及就業發 展小組成員。楊先生由2017年開始成為中大校友評 議會常務委員會選任委員，現為中大校友評議會主 席，曾多次參與籌劃及捐款支持中大不同的活動。 Mr. Yeung is an alumnus of United College of CUHK with substantial experience in risk management and corporate finance, and is now Director (Fixed Income) of RAYS Capital Partners Limited. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Financial Risk Manager, and was a Member of the Career Development Committee and the University Relations Committee of The Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts. Mr. Yeung has been an elected Member of the Standing Committee of the CUHK Convocation since 2017, and is currently Chairman of the CUHK Convocation. He has contributed to the planning and donations of various CUHK events and activities. 廖昭薰女士， BBS Ms. Cynthia C.F. Liu, BBS 由2018年8月4日起獲推選為成員 elected from 4 August 2018 資深文化工作者 Senior Cultural Practitioner 廖女士於中大畢業後即加入政府從事文化工作，在 政府服務了36年，退休前為康樂及文化事務署副署 長。退休後曾擔任香港特區政府電影檢查顧問小組 成員，現為民政事務局粵劇發展諮詢委員會委員及 香港演藝學院校董會委員。自2015年起，她參與伍 宜孫書院學長計劃，現為中大校友評議會常務委員 會委員。 Ms. Liu joined the government and engaged in cultural work after graduating from CUHK, and had served the government for 36 years. After her retirement as the Deputy Director of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, she served on the Panel of Film Censorship Advisers of the Hong Kong SAR Government and is now a Member of the Cantonese Opera Advisory Committee of the Home Affairs Bureau and Council of The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. She has joined the mentorship programme organised by the Wu Yee Sun College since 2015 and is now a Member of the Standing Committee of the CUHK Convocation.
