12 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2021–2022 大學排名續創新高 中大成員力臻卓越，任重志遠。過去一年，我們的努力得到 回報，中大在國際大學排名中取得優異成績：在2022年QS 世界大學排名位列全球第三十八位，創下近十年新高，在泰 晤士高等教育（THE）2022年世界大學排名位列第四十九 位，較前年躍升七位，首次躋身全球前五十名。在2022年泰 晤士高等教育亞洲大學排名中，中大續居亞洲第七位。 中大致力提供優質教育及拓展跨學科研究，多個學科的全 球排名均取得驕人成績。在2022年QS世界大學學科排名 和2022年軟科世界一流學科排名中，有不少學科名列世界 前五十位，體現中大在多個學術領域的領先地位。 中大在2021-22年度首次參與THE世界大學影響力排名，就 大學推動聯合國十七項可持續發展目標（SDG）的表現作 公開評選。在眾多參與排名的本地大學中，中大獲得最高 總分，於SDG4「優質教育」範疇中排行第十；於SDG8「良 好工作及經濟成長」範疇中排名第三十六位；於SDG16「和 平、正義與強大機構」範疇中排名第八十一位。中大將繼續 竭力履行社會責任，推動可持續發展，實踐《大學策略計劃 2021-2025》中所訂立的目標。 年度重要成就 Major Achievements of the Year 請掃描二維碼深入了解中大的國際大學排名。 Please scan the QR code for more information about CUHK’s performance in international university rankings. Soaring to great heights The University community's hard work in pursuing excellence with purpose and responsibility has certainly paid off, as shown by our exceptional results in international university rankings in the past year. In the 2022 QS World University Rankings, CUHK claimed the 38th position, representing the University’s strongest performance in over a decade. In the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2022, CUHK ranked 49, climbing seven spots from the previous year and breaking into the global top 50 for the first time. The University also maintained its position as 7th in Asia in the 2022 THE Asia University Rankings. Committed to providing quality education and developing its research strength across disciplines, CUHK has also performed well in global rankings by academic subject. It featured in the world’s top 50 in the 2022 QS World University Subject Rankings and ShanghaiRanking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects in a large number of subjects. Such encouraging results exemplify the leading position that CUHK holds in a wide range of academic disciplines. In 2021-22, CUHK participated for the first time in the THE Impact Rankings, which measure the contribution of universities against each of the 17 United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We achieved the highest total score of any participating university in Hong Kong, ranked 10th globally for SDG4 – Quality Education, 36th for SDG8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, and 81st for SDG16 – Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions, indicating our commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development as a key pillar of our 2021-2025 Strategic Plan.
