教育與學生體驗 Education and Student Experience 25 「在學‧在職計劃」正式推行 Official launch of Co-op@CUHK CUHK launched Hong Kong's first university-wide work-integrated education programme, Co-operative Education Programme (Co- op@CUHK), in 2021-22. It takes a synergistic approach to achieve three goals: enhancing students’ workplace readiness; meeting employers’ talent needs; and strengthening CUHK’s connection with society. The centrepiece of the programme is a six- to eight-month credit- bearing, paid, full-time job placement, in which students are placed in more than 60 organisations in a range of sectors spanning financial services, government agencies and start-ups. The industry placements are supplemented by co-curricular activities and coursework designed to ensure students are equipped with the soft skills, networking prowess and knowledge to succeed in the workplace. 中大在2021–22年度推出香港首個全校性校 企合作教育課程「在學．在職計劃」，匯聚多 方努力，同時達致三個目標：裝備學生投身 職場、幫助僱主物色人才，以及加強大學與 社會的聯繫。 計劃安排學生到超過六十家公私營機構參 與為期六至八個月的全職、帶學分有薪職場 實習，行業涵蓋金融、政府機構和初創公司 等不同專業範疇。計劃又提供工作坊及培訓 課程，讓學生學習軟技巧和建立專業人脈， 踏上事業發展成功之路。 1 st 香港首個全校性 校企合作教育課程 university-wide co-operative education programme in Hong Kong 2 大範疇 dimensions of learning 結合課堂知識和 工作經驗 combining textbook knowledge and work experience 3 大收穫 -fold rewards 設學分、全職、全薪 full credit, full-time, full pay 5＋ 個學分 credits earned 6-8 個月工作實習 months of placement 60＋ 名僱主參與2021-22學年計劃 employers in cohort 2021-22 200＋ 名學生參與2022-23學年計劃 students in cohort 2022-23
