社會責任 Social Responsibility 51 同心抗疫 Leveraging our strengths to combat COVID-19 With our society still feeling the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the CUHK Medical Centre and Faculty of Medicine have been providing medical support and COVID-19 test and vaccination services to support the local healthcare system in safeguarding public health. CUHK has taken the following measures to support the community in fighting against COVID-19: CUHKMedical Centre • Setting up a TeleMedicine Service and a COVID Medical Station for confirmed patients and a COVID Recovery Clinic for long COVID patients • Providing extra beds for admission of public hospital patients • Providing general outpatient clinic service for the public and conducting Rapid Antigen Tests for all attending patients • Setting up a COVID-19 testing centre to provide self-paid Combined Swabs PCR test service for the general public • Operating vaccination services, with a daily capacity of around 2,700 doses • Supporting the New Territories East Cluster with nurses to operate the Community Vaccination Centre for Children at Yuen Chau Kok 新冠疫情持續影響本港社區，中大醫院及醫學 院積極回應社會所需，提供醫療支援、病毒檢 測及疫苗接種等服務，支援公營醫療體系，守 護公眾健康。 中大支援社區抗疫措施包括： 中大醫院 ・為確診患者推出「遠程醫療服務」及「新冠門 診站」，並設立「新冠康復診所」，服務長新 冠患者 ・增設病床接收公立醫院病人 ・繼續開放普通科門診服務，並為到診病人安 排快速抗原測試 ・設立樣本收集及檢測中心，為有需要人士收 集深喉唾液樣本及採集鼻腔和咽喉合併拭子 核酸檢測樣本 ・繼續開放社區疫苗接種中心，每日可為多達 二千七百人次注射疫苗 ・支援新界東醫院聯網，派員協助營運圓洲角 兒童社區疫苗接種中心 共創美好明天 Co-creating a better world 中大作為聯合國可持續發展解決方案網絡香港地區分會 成立機構之一，堅守對現在及未來的 諾，以實際行動 造福全球。 CUHK, as a co-host of the Hong Kong Chapter of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Solutions Network, continues to focus on practical problem solving that will improve the world, keeping our promise to current and future generations.
