58 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2021–2022 山城相逢　互敬共融 Diverse ・ Inclusive ・ One CUHK 「多元共融大使計 劃」邀請學生協助 推廣多元共融文化。 The Diversity and Inclusion Ambassadors Programme recruits student representatives to support the D&I initiatives of the University. CUHK is committed to building a fair, diverse and truly inclusive campus where every member is treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their background, beliefs or culture. The University adopts a proactive, comprehensive approach to fostering a vibrant, open, welcoming environment. The following policies and procedures frame our work on diversity and inclusion (D&I): • Diversity and Inclusion Policy • Procedures and Guidelines on Handling Discrimination Complaints • Policy against Sexual Harassment • Gender-sensitive & family-friendly policies and practices Different committees have been formed to address the needs and challenges of D&I promotion on various fronts, including: • Committee against Discrimination and Sexual Harassment • Women Academics Sub-Committee • Disability Services Coordinating Committee For D&I to be most effectively advanced, a whole-university approach is required, soliciting the active engagement of every individual on campus. The D&I Ambassadors Programme recruits full-time, non-final-year undergraduates, local and non- local, to support the D&I initiatives of the University. It provides a range of experiential learning and internship opportunities to equip student representatives with essential knowledge and skills required for delivering anti-discrimination messages on campus and in the community. Our close-knit, passionate D&I Ambassador family works diligently to heighten the D&I awareness of the CUHK community. 中大致力建設公平、多元且兼容的校園環 境，讓每位成員不論其背景、信仰和文化， 均受到尊重和禮待。大學積極而全面地處理 多元共融事務，營造充滿生機、開放公平、 關愛友善的文化。我們根據下列政策與程序 處理多元共融工作： ・《多元共融政策》 ・《處理歧視投訴程序和指引》 ・《防止性騷擾政策》 ・性別敏感與家庭友善政策及措施 大學更成立下列委員會，專責處理多元共融 事務的各個主要範疇： ・防止歧視及性騷擾委員會 ・女教員小組委員會 ・殘疾服務協調委員會 要成功推展多元共融文化，有賴全體大學成 員同心參與。「多元共融大使計劃」邀請本 地及非本地全日制非應屆畢業本科生擔任 校園大使，提倡多元共融。計劃為學生提供 一系列體驗式學習及實習機會，裝備他們在 校園內外推廣反歧視信息。熱情洋溢的多元 共融大使團結一致，合力提高大學成員的多 元共融意識。
