Chai, BBS, JP 由2022年5月1日起獲委任為主席 appointed Chairman from 1 May 2022 由2021年11月27日起獲委任為成員 nominated from 27 November 2021 福田集團控股有限公司成員 Member of Fook Tin Group Holdings Limited 查教授現為中大校董會主席及福田集團控股有限公 司資深顧問，曾任美國西北大學全職管理人員及大 學教授。他現為美國西北大學榮休教授及香港大學 牙醫學院榮譽臨床教授。查教授在加入中大校董會 前，曾任香港科技大學校董會副主席（2015至2021 年）及香港理工大學校董會成員。查教授貢獻社會 不遺餘力，自2018年獲邀加入香港特別行政區行政 長官創新與戰略發展顧問委員會的成員，並自2017 年出任港深創新及科技園公司的董事局成員。 Professor Chai is Chairman of the Council of CUHK and Senior Advisor of Fook Tin Group Holdings Limited. He is now a Professor Emeritus at Northwestern University and an Honorary Clinical Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry at The University of Hong Kong. Before joining CUHK’s Council, Professor Chai served as Vice-Chairman of the University Council of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2015–2021) and had served on the University Council of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University earlier.  He has been a member of the Chief Executive’s Council of Advisers on Innovation and Strategic Development, HKSAR since 2018 and Director of the Hong Kong- Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited since 2017.  大學校董會成員履歷簡述 Brief Biographies of Council Members 副主席 Vice-Chairman 利乾博士， BBS Dr. Chien Lee, BBS 由2015年3月2日起獲委任為副主席 appointed Vice-Chairman from 2 March 2015 由2009年12月16日起獲推選為成員 elected from 16 December 2009 希慎興業有限公司非執行董事 Non-Executive Director of Hysan Development Company Limited 利博士現為中大校董會副主席、北山堂基金主席， 以及利希慎基金理事。自1988年起出任利希慎置業 有限公司非執行董事，並為太古股份有限公司獨立 非執行董事。他亦為香港中文大學醫學中心有限公 司董事會主席、聖保羅男女中學及小學校監及史丹 福大學榮譽校董兼醫院董事會成員。 Dr. Lee is Vice-Chairman of the Council of CUHK, Chairman of Bei Shan Tang Foundation, and a Governor of Lee Hysan Foundation. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Hysan Development Company Limited since 1988 and is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Swire Pacific Limited. He is currently Chairman of the Board of CUHK Medical Centre Limited, Supervisor of St. Paul’s Co-educational College and its Primary School, and also a Trustee Emeritus of Stanford University and Director of Stanford Health Care.
