管理與行政 Governance and Administration 85 為香港癌症研究所所長、包玉剛爵士癌症中心總監、 轉化腫瘤學國家重點實驗室（中大）副主任及中大一 期臨床研究中心首席總監。陳教授積極參與社會服 務，曾出任政府及非政府機構的委員會顧問，現為香 港衞生署榮譽顧問醫生、香港醫院管理局新界東醫 院聯網統籌（臨床腫瘤科）、香港內科醫學院副主席 及香港中文大學醫院的醫務顧問委員會成員。 Professor Chan is Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Professor of Clinical Oncology and Master of Wu Yee Sun College of CUHK. He was formerly Dean of the Graduate School (2019–2021), and is currently Director of the Hong Kong Cancer Institute, Director of the Sir Y.K. Pao Centre for Cancer, Associate Director of the State Key Laboratory of Translational Oncology (CUHK) and Chief Director of Phase 1 Clinical Trial Centre. Professor Chan has extensive experience in committee and advisory board services for professional, government and non-government organisations. He is Honorary Consultant of the Department of Health, Cluster Coordinator (Clinical Oncology) of Hong Kong Hospital Authority (New Territories East Cluster), Vice-President of Hong Kong College of Physicians, and a member of the Medical Advisory Committee of CUHK Medical Centre Limited. Prof. Nick Rawlins 由2021年8月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 August 2021 香港中文大學副校長 Pro-Vice-Chancellor, The Chinese University of Hong Kong Rawlins教授現為中大副校長及晨興書院院長。加 入中大前，他於法國圖盧茲經濟學院任副院長，並 為圖盧茲高等研究院院士。此前，Rawlins教授於 牛津大學修學、教研，手執學科與大學發展牛耳， 長達半世紀。Rawlins教授在牛津大學歷任不同崗 位，初為初級研究員，以霍格霆學人身分於霍普金 斯大學旅學一年，後為皇家學會研究員、輔導學者、 首席教授和發展及外務副校長。他的研究志趣為腦 功能與行為的關係。 Professor Rawlins is Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Master of Morningside College of CUHK. Before joining CUHK in 2018, Professor Rawlins was the Vice- President of the Toulouse School of Economics in France, where he was also a Fellow of the Institute for Advanced Studies at Toulouse. His move to Toulouse followed a fifty year academic career at the University of Oxford, where he held a succession of posts in Oxford, as a Junior Research Fellow, enriched by a year as a Fogarty Fellow at Johns Hopkins University, and then as a Royal Society Research Fellow, Tutorial Fellow, Statutory Professor, and Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Development and External Affairs. Professor Rawlins’s research lies at the intersection of behaviour with brain function and dysfunction. 梁定邦博士， SC ， JP Dr. Anthony Neoh, SC, JP 由2017年3月2日起獲委任為大學司庫 appointed Treasurer of the University from 2 March 2017 香港執業資深大律師及仲裁員 Senior Counsel and International Arbitrator 梁博士現為中大司庫、香港執業資深大律師及國際 仲裁員，一直致力教學與研究法律金融史及當前金 融監管課題。他曾任香港證券及期貨事務監察委員 會主席、獨立監察警方處理投訴委員會主席及中國 證券監督管理委員會首席顧問，現為亞洲國際法律 研究院主席。他曾任香港金融管理局金融學院籌備 委員會成員，現為金融學院院士。梁博士自1994年 起出任中大校董，並於1995至1997年間出任中大校 董會副主席。 Dr. Neoh is Treasurer of the University, a senior counsel and international arbitrator. He has been teaching and pursuing his research interests in legal and financial history and current issues of financial regulation. He was Chairman of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, Chairman of the Independent Police Complaints Council and Chief Adviser of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. He is currently Chairman of the Asian Academy of International Law. He was a Member of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority Preparatory Committee for the Academy of Finance (AoF) and is now a Fellow of AoF. Dr. Neoh has been a Member of the Council since 1994 and was Vice-Chairman of the Council of CUHK (1995–1997). 陳德霖博士， GBS ， JP Dr. Norman T.L.
