86 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2021–2022 金融學院高級顧問 Senior Adviser of Hong Kong Academy of Finance 陳博士為中大傑出校友及榮譽院士，現為金融學院 高級顧問。他為香港金融管理局前總裁兼金融學院 主席，並曾任渣打銀行亞洲區副主席（2005至2007 年），及擔任香港行政長官辦公室主任（2007至 2009年）。陳博士於2006年創立智經研究中心，並 出任創會主席。他現任中大崇基學院校董會主席。 Dr. Chan is a distinguished alumnus and Honorary Fellow of CUHK, and is now Senior Adviser of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance. He was the former Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and Chairman of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance, Vice-Chairman of the Asian region of Standard Chartered Bank (2005–2007), and was Director of the Chief Executive’s Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (2007–2009). He founded Bauhinia Foundation Research Centre in 2006 and served as the Founding Chairman. Dr. Chan is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Chung Chi College of CUHK. 侯運輝先生 Mr. Alfred W.F. Hau 由2015年8月1日起獲推選為成員 elected from 1 August 2015 侯劉李楊律師行創辦及合夥人 Founding Partner of Hau, Lau, Li and Yeung Solicitors and Notaries 侯先生成為律師之前，曾受聘為美國銀行經濟研究 部主管及於香港大學教授經濟學，於1992年創辦 侯劉李楊律師行並擔任合夥人，之前則受聘於一英 倫律師行之香港支行。他專精商業合約、股東間爭 議、業務或股份轉讓及民事訴訟案等法律事務。他 現任中大崇基學院校董會副主席。 Mr. Hau was an economic researcher of the Bank of America and thereafter taught economics at The University of Hong Kong before joining the legal profession. Mr. Hau worked as an Associate Solicitor for the Hong Kong branch of a city firm for a couple of years before becoming a Founding Partner of Hau, Lau, Li and Yeung Solicitors and Notaries in 1992. He deals mainly with commercial agreements, disputes among shareholders, transfer of business or shares, and litigation, etc. He is also Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Chung Chi College of CUHK. 梁英偉先生 Mr. Charles Y.W. Leung 由2007年11月30日起獲推選為成員 elected from 30 November 2007 港中發展集團有限公司主席兼董事總經理 Chairman and Managing Director of Hong Kong China Development Holdings Limited 梁先生現為港中發展集團有限公司主席兼董事總經 理。他參與創辦「關懷行動」慈善基金並出任副主 席，組織香港義務醫療人員前往國內偏遠地區提供 免費醫療服務，亦曾任新亞書院校友會會長以及香 港中文大學新亞書院校友會有限公司董事。他現任 中大新亞書院校董會主席。 Mr. Leung is Chairman and Managing Director of Hong Kong China Development Holdings Limited. He co- founded the medical charity organisation ‘Operation Concern’, which recruits Hong Kong medical professionals as volunteers to serve the impoverished rural areas in China by providing free medical treatment, and serves as its Vice-President. He was the President of The Alumni Association of New Asia College, a Director of The Alumni Association of New Asia College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Limited, and is now Chairman of the Board of Trustees of New Asia College of CUHK. 香樹輝先生 Mr. Heung Shu-fai 由2002年6月13日起獲推選為成員 elected from 13 June 2002 資深傳媒人 Retired Media Expert 香先生為金融企業界知名人士及資深傳媒人，在多 份香港報紙、雜誌刊載專欄。他曾參與創辦《壹週 刊》，出任《星島日報》總經理、《華僑日報》社長、 宙輝有限公司董事總經理，從事投資、財務及公關 策略的顧問工作，退休前為新城電台財經台節目主 持。香先生亦為中大新亞書院校董會成員。 Mr. Heung is a well-known financial and media expert, and newspaper columnist. He had taken part in the founding of the Next Magazine , and was the former Group General Manager of Sing Tao Group and the Managing Director of Overseas Chinese Daily News Limited.
