90 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2021–2022 a member of the Board of The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) (2015–2019) and chaired its Asia-Pacific Advisory Council (2015– 2018). 范息濤教授 Prof. Fan Xitao 由2021年1月6日起為當然成員 ex officio from 6 January 2021 香港中文大學教育學院院長 Dean of Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 范教授現為中大教育學院院長及教育心理學教授。 加入中大前，曾任中大（深圳）人文社科學院院長 及校長講座教授（2017至2020年）、澳門大學教 育學院院長（學術）（2011至2017年）及代副校長 （學術）（2014年）、美國維吉尼亞大學教育學院 冠名講座終身教授（2009至2011年）及猶他州立 大學心理學系副教授（1999至2000年）。范教授於 2012年獲選為美國教育研究學會院士，亦曾任美 國教育學院期刊 Educational and Psychological Measurement 副編輯（2000至2004年）及主編 （2004至2010年）。范教授發表的學術期刊論文 及書籍章節超過200篇，其教育和心理學的研究成 果為各地學者廣泛引用。 Professor Fan is the Dean of Education and Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology of CUHK. Before joining The Chinese University of Hong Kong, he served as Dean and Presidential Chair Professor of the School of Humanities and Social Science at CUHK, Shenzhen (2017–2020), Dean of the Faculty of Education (2011–2017) and interim Vice Rector (Academic Affairs) of University of Macau (2014), Curry Memorial Professor in the Curry School of Education, University of Virginia (2009–2011), as well as Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology in Utah State University (1999–2000). Professor Fan was also elected as a Fellow of American Educational Research Association (2012). He served as the associate editor (2000–2004) and editor (2004–2010) of Educational and Psychological Measurement (SAGE Publications), and has published over 200 research journal articles and book chapters, of which his research findings on education and psychology have been widely cited by scholars internationally. 黃定發教授 Prof. Martin D.F. Wong 由2019年1月4日起為當然成員 ex officio from 4 January 2019 香港中文大學工程學院院長 Dean of Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 黃教授現為中大工程學院院長及計算機科學與工 程學系教授。加入中大前，黃教授為伊利諾伊大學 厄本那 – 香檳分校工程學院行政副院長。黃教授是 國際知名的電子設計自動化專家，是計算機器學會 與電機及電子工程師學會院士，並獲計算機器學會 與電機及電子工程師學會頒發多個聲譽卓著的獎 項。 Professor Wong is Dean of Engineering and Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of CUHK. Prior to joining CUHK, he was Executive Associate Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Professor Wong is a world-renowned scholar in the area of Electronic Design Automation. He is a Fellow of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), and has won a number of prestigious awards from ACM and IEEE. Prof. Lutz-Christian Wolff 由2014年9月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 September 2014 香港中文大學法律學院院長 Dean of Law, The Chinese University of Hong Kong Wolff教授現為中大法律學院院長及法律學講座教 授，曾在德國及香港執業及教授法律，加入中大後 為法律學院創院成員之一，曾出任中大研究院院長 （2014至2019年）、法律學院副院長（研究學科） （2010至2014年）及法律學院副院長（學院發展） （2008至2010年）。他專研國際商業法、中國投資 法、比較法及國際私法，並在世界各地講授中國法 律和內地營商的法律議題。 Professor Wolff is Dean of Law and Professor of Law of CUHK. He taught at City University of Hong Kong and Passau University and carried out legal practice in Germany before joining CUHK, and he was one of the Founding Members of the Faculty of Law (then the School of Law).
