He specialises in international business law, Chinese investment law, comparative law and private international law, and has given lectures around the world on Chinese law and the legal aspects of doing business on the mainland. 陳家亮教授， SBS ， JP Prof. Francis K.L. Chan, SBS, JP 由2013年1月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 January 2013 香港中文大學醫學院院長 Dean of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 陳教授現為中大醫學院院長及內科及藥物治療學講 座教授，亦為腸道微生物群研究中心主任。他曾出 任醫學院暫任院長（2013至2014年）、副院長（臨 床）（2010至2012年）、助理院長（常務）（2004至 2011年），以及消化疾病研究所所長（2010至2012 年）。他是醫院管理局成員、香港中西醫結合學會名 譽顧問及香港賽馬會災難防護應變教研中心理事會 成員。陳教授曾獲頒授多項榮譽，包括美國腸胃科 醫學院國際領袖大獎（2018年）、 ExpertScape全 球首0.06%研究亞士匹靈幽門螺旋桿菌感染和消化 性潰瘍的頂尖學者（2019年）及國家教育部高等學 校科學研究優秀成果獎（2011及2020年）。 Professor Chan is Dean of Medicine and Professor of Medicine and Therapeutics of CUHK, and also Director of the Centre for Gut Microbiota Research. He was Interim Dean (2013–2014), Associate Dean (Clinical) (2010–2012) and Assistant Dean (General Affairs) (2004–2011) of the Faculty of Medicine, and Director of the Institute of Digestive Disease (2010– 2012). He is a Board Member of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, Honorary Adviser of the Hong Kong Association for Integration of Chinese-Western Medicine and a Member of the Governing Board of Hong Kong Jockey Club Disaster Preparedness and Response Institute. Professor Chan has been awarded numerous honours, including the American College of Gastroenterology International Leadership Award (2018), ExpertScape Named Top 0.06% World Expert in Aspirin, Helicobacter Infections and Peptic Ulcer (2019) and Outstanding Scientific Research Output Award of the Ministry of Education (2011 and 2020). 宋春山教授 Prof. Song Chunshan 由2020年7月15日起為當然成員 ex officio from 15 July 2020 香港中文大學理學院院長 Dean of Science, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 宋教授現為中大理學院院長及化學系教授，在加入 中大前，他在美國賓夕凡尼亞州立大學任教。宋教 授在清潔燃料、催化和二氧化碳捕集與利用方面 的原創性研究屢獲殊榮，包括美國化學學會的喬 治  • 歐拉獎和亨利  • 斯托奇獎，該學會能源與燃料 化學分會傑出研究獎，以及賓夕凡尼亞州立大學的 優秀學者獎章。宋教授亦獲美國 – 英國政府頒發富 布賴特傑出學者獎，並獲選為美國化學學會會士。 Professor Song is Dean of Science and Professor in the Department of Chemistry of CUHK. Prior to joining CUHK, he taught at the Pennsylvania State University in the USA. Professor Song’s original and innovative research contributions to catalysis, adsorption, CO 2 capture and conversion, and energy and clean fuels research have been widely recognised through many awards and honours. These include the George A. Olah Award and the Henry H. Storch Award from the American Chemical Society (ACS), the Distinguished Researcher Award from ACS Energy & Fuels Division, the Faculty Scholar Medal from Pennsylvania State University, and being made a Distinguished Fulbright Scholar from the US-UK Fulbright Commission. He was also named as an ACS Fellow. 趙志裕教授 Prof. Chiu Chi-yue 由2014年11月11日起為當然成員 ex officio from 11 November 2014 香港中文大學社會科學院院長 Dean of Social Science, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 趙教授現為中大社會科學院院長及心理學教授。 加入中大前，先後在新加坡南洋理工大學、伊利諾 伊大學及香港大學任教，並曾擔任中大社會科學院 訪問教授（2012年）及香港亞太研究所名譽研究員 （2010至2014年）。趙教授是多項國際學刊和叢書 編輯，並與中國社會科學院合作，每年義務培訓世 界各地華人社科學者。
