He taught at Nanyang Technological University, University of Illinois and HKU before joining CUHK. He was Visiting Professor of Social Science (2012) and Research Fellow at the Hong Kong Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies (2010– 2014). He is involved in editorial roles in reputable journals and book series and has collaborated with the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to offer voluntary research development training to Chinese social scientists on the mainland, and in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Europe and Australia. 邵鵬柱教授 Prof. Shaw Pang-chui 由2016年5月12日起獲推選為成員 elected from 12 May 2016 香港中文大學崇基學院院務委員及研究院署理院長 Fellow of Chung Chi College and Acting Dean of the Graduate School, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 邵教授現為中大崇基學院院務委員、研究院署理院 長及生命科學學院教授。他是中醫中藥研究所副所 長（2006年起）、李達三葉耀珍中醫藥研究發展中心 主任（2015年起）及研究生宿舍主任（2002年起）。 邵教授曾任香港特區政府漁農自然護理署保護稀有 動植物諮詢委員會主席（2015至2020年）。邵教授 是藥分子鑑定技術的先驅，其遺傳工程及分子生物 學研究成就卓越，曾協助多個政府機構鑑定中藥，並 培訓人員。他擁有四項美國專利和四項中國專利。 Professor Shaw is a Fellow of Chung Chi College, Acting Dean of the Graduate School and Professor in the School of Life Sciences of CUHK. He has been Deputy Director of the Institute of Chinese Medicine (since 2006), Director of Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin R & D Centre for Chinese Medicine (since 2015) and Master of Postgraduate Halls (since 2002). Professor Shaw also served as Chairman of the Endangered Species Advisory Committee, Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department of the Hong Kong SAR Government (2015– 2020). His research achievements in genetic engineering and molecular biology have been remarkable, and he is a world pioneer in the molecular authentication of Chinese medicinal materials. Professor Shaw has helped various government agencies to establish the identities of medicinal materials and provide professional training. He has obtained four USA patents and four Chinese patents. 榮潤國教授 Prof. Wing Yun-kwok 由2021年4月16日起獲推選為成員 elected from 16 April 2021 香港中文大學新亞書院院務委員 Fellow of New Asia College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 榮教授現為中大新亞書院院務委員、精神科學系教 授及系主任，曾任新亞書院輔導長（2004至2006 年）及宿舍委員會主席（2007至2013年）。他專精於 睡眠醫學及情緒障礙，現為中醫中藥研究所中藥臨 床研究中心副總監、中大醫學院李朝江家族睡眠檢 查室首席調查研究員、沙田醫院及威爾斯親王醫院 精神科部門主管，亦是沙田醫院睡眠檢查室主管。 榮教授於2010年的全國睡眠科學技術大會獲中國 醫師協會頒授傑出貢獻獎，更於2016年獲中國睡眠 研究會頒發中國睡眠醫學及研究發展傑出貢獻獎。 Professor Wing is a Fellow of New Asia College, Professor and Chairman of theDepartment of Psychiatry of CUHK. He served as Dean of Students (2004–2006) and Chairman of Student Hostels Committee (2007– 2013) of New Asia College. His expertise is mainly on sleep medicine and mood disorders. He is the Deputy Director of Centre for Clinical Trials on Chinese Medicine, Principal Investigator of CUHK Medicine Li Chiu Kong Family Sleep Assessment Unit, Chief of Service in the Department of Psychiatry at Shatin Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital, as well as Director of Sleep Assessment Unit at Shatin Hospital.
