94 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2021–2022 科學研究所所長。盧教授加入中大前曾於英國牛津 大學任職。他開創無創性產前檢查，曾獲得多個國際 獎項以表揚其臨床化學研究領域上的重要貢獻，當 中包括2014年「費薩爾國王國際醫學獎」。盧教授現 為英國劍橋大學伊曼紐爾學院榮譽院士、港科院創 院院士、美國國家科學院外籍院士、英國皇家學會及 世界科學院院士。他擁有多個分子診斷的專利。盧教 授是首位華人獲美國臨床化學協會頒授Wallace H. Coulter講學獎（2015年），並獲得2021年科學突破 獎–生命科學獎。 Professor Lo is Professor of Medicine and Professor of Chemical Pathology of CUHK. He is also Associate Dean (Research) of the Faculty of Medicine and Director of the Li Ka Shing Institute of Health Sciences of CUHK. Before joining CUHK, Professor Lo worked at the University of Oxford, UK. He introduced non-invasive prenatal diagnosis, which brought him numerous international awards, including the King Faisal International Prize for Medicine (2014). Professor Lo is an Honorary Fellow of Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge, a Founding Member of The Academy of Sciences of Hong Kong, Foreign Associate of the National Academy of Sciences, USA, and a Fellow of The Royal Society and The World Academy of Sciences. He holds numerous patents in molecular diagnostics and is the first Chinese honoured with American Association for Clinical Chemistry Wallace H. Coulter Lectureship Award (2015), and was awarded The 2021 Breakthrough Prize in Life Sciences. 謝作偉教授 Prof. Xie Zuowei 由2021年9月28日起獲推選為成員 elected from 28 September 2021 香港中文大學化學系講座教授 Professor of Chemistry in the Department of Chemistry, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 謝教授現為中大化學系講座教授、中國科學院院 士、香港科學院院士及英國皇家化學會會士，並曾 擔任理學院暫任院長（2018至2020年）。謝教授 主要從事金屬有機化學及元素有機化學的研究，他 出色的科研工作多次在美國化學會週刊 Chemical andEngineeringNews 、 Synfacts 、 Synform 、 JACS Spotlights et al. 等作為亮點介紹。謝教授曾擔任多 本化學雜誌的顧問編委，亦是多個國際系列化學會 議的國際顧問委員會委員。 Professor Xie is Professor of Chemistry in the Department of Chemistry, Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Member of the Hong Kong Academy of Sciences, and Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, and was the Interim Dean of Science (2018–2020). Professor Xie’s major research interests are in the areas of organometallic and main group chemistry. His innovative work has been highlighted many times in  Chemical and Engineering News, Synfacts, Synform, JACS Spotlights et al . Professor Xie has served on the editorial advisory board of many journals and the International Advisory Board of international conference organisations. 陳遠秀女士， JP Ms. Kelly Y.S. Chan, JP 由2017年11月27日起獲委任為成員 nominated from 27 November 2017 遠博顧問有限公司董事總經理 Managing Director, Peony Consulting Services Limited 陳女士現為遠博顧問有限公司董事總經理，從事企 業管治、風險管理及業務流程優化等多方面的管理 諮詢服務，也是中大轉研有限公司之董事局主席， 並曾於香港、內地及美國多家跨國企業擔任管理層 要職，擁有豐富的會計及財務管理以及業務營運的 經驗。陳女士曾任特許公認會計師公會香港分會 會長、香港女會計師協會會長及海濱事務委員會成 員，現為香港女會計師協會創會理事，亦是僱員補 償保險徵款管理局主席、復康資源協會董事局委 員、香港話劇團理事會成員、教育統籌委員會成員、 優質教育基金督導委員會成員及空運牌照局成員。 Ms. Chan is the Managing Director of Peony Consulting Services, specialising in a broad range of management advisory services including corporate governance, risk management and business process re-engineering, and is also the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of TR at CUHK Limited. She possesses extensive experience in the finance and accounting industry as well as business operations in various multinational corporations in Hong Kong, mainland China and the USA.
