研究、創新與創業 Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurship 31 香港中文大學深港創新研究院（福田） CUHK Hong Kong - Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Research Institute (Futian) (FITRI) 先進療法產品良好生產規範中心 Advanced Therapy Products (ATP) Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Centre 位於河套深港科技創新合作區的香港中文大學深港創新 研究院（福田）於2023年3月28日正式揭幕，象徵深港科技 創新合作邁向新一頁，也是中大60周年的一大喜事。中大 福田研究院是大學與福田區委區政府的一項重要合作，將 致力發展成專注發展機械人、人工智能、醫藥和醫療器械領 域的國際一流研究機構，充分發揮香港的基礎科學研究潛 質以及深圳的產業化優勢，實現產學研融合和持續發展。 Located in the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Co-operation Zone in Shenzhen as a strategic priority for CUHK in driving cross-border I&T collaborations in the diamond jubilee year of the University, FITRI officially opened on 28 March 2023, aspiring to become a world- class research facility specialising in robotics, artificial intelligence, medicine and medical devices. It is an important collaboration between CUHK and the Futian District People’s Government that harnesses Hong Kong’s strengths in basic scientific research and Shenzhen’s advantages in commercialisation to facilitate the integration and sustainable development of industry, education and research. 中大與香港科技園公司共同成立全港首家先進療法產 品良好生產規範中心，設有國際醫藥品稽查協約組織 (PIC/S) 認可GMP標準的設備和流程，能生產符合國際標 準的臨床級先進療法產品，有助促進政府、學術機構及工 商業界的協作，為香港和大灣區建立世界級的細胞及基因 療法醫藥產業。 中大與科技園公司結合創科實力，加速癌症療法、再生醫 學及相關生物醫學技術的發展，推動科研及知識轉化，造 福香港及更遠地區的患者，並作為研究和醫療人員的理想 培訓基地，貢獻香港的長遠發展。 CUHK and Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) co-established Hong Kong’s first ATP GMP Centre to provide a Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S) GMP-compliant facility that will produce clinical-grade ATPs for approved clinical trials and treatment. The Centre will foster collaboration between government, academic institutions, and the industrial and commercial sectors, with the goal of establishing a world- class cell and gene therapy manufacturing industry in Hong Kong and the GBA. The new Centre combines the proven capabilities of CUHK and HKSTP to accelerate the development of biomedical technologies and enable the translation of scientific research into tangible benefits for patients in Hong Kong and beyond.
