38 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2022–2023 CUHK has been working closely with public and private organisations to build an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. Its subsidiary company, CUHK Innovation Ltd., signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the China Prosperity Capital GP Fund to support CUHK- related spin-off companies as they commercialise their innovative research and development achievements, promoting Hong Kong as a global innovation and technology hub. Under the MoU, CUHK Innovation Ltd. will present research achievements originating from CUHK to its investor partners, fuelling matching investment in technology-related companies in Hong Kong, and making positive contributions to the development of the GBA. 中大附屬公司中大創新有限公司與國宏嘉信資本簽署合 作備忘錄，推動香港成為全球科技創新中心。 CUHK’s subsidiary company CUHK Innovation Ltd. and the China Prosperity Capital GP Fund signed a Memorandum of Understanding to promote Hong Kong as a global innovation and technology hub. 與業界合作支援大學初創企業 FOSTERING PARTNERSHIPS TO SUPPORT START-UPS AND ENTREPRENEURS 中大多年來與公私營機構緊密合作，共同建設 香港科創生態圈。大學附屬公司中大創新有限 公司與國宏嘉信資本簽署合作備忘錄，推動大 學培育的初創企業進行技術開發和業務拓展， 攜手促進香港成為全球創科中心。根據合作備 忘錄，中大創新有限公司將向夥伴投資者推薦 優秀初創企業的研究成果，鼓勵投資者支持與 科技相關的公司在本港發展業務，為整個大灣 區的科創發展作出積極貢獻。
