社會責任 Social Responsibility 57 教育賦權 EMPOWERING THE YOUTH THROUGH EDUCATION 知識賦予年輕人力量，使他們能夠發展潛能和領導才能，應對全球挑戰， 創造光輝前景。 Knowledge empowers young people, enabling them to develop their potential and leadership skills so they can tackle global challenges and shape a brighter future. 推動可持續發展教育 Global sustainability education initiatives CUHK is committed to sustainability education via the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU). CUHK hosted the Undergraduate Leaders’ Programme, which brought together 55 undergraduate students from 31 APRU member universities in 15 countries and regions in North and South America, Asia and Oceania, as part of the University’s 60 th anniversary celebrations, aiming to empower young leaders to become changemakers in building sustainable, safe, resilient and inclusive cities. The SDG Education for Global Citizenship Programme co-led by CUHK and Thailand’s Chulalongkorn University is an intercultural, transdisciplinary, interactive programme that fosters global citizenship among students. Themed “Shaping the Future of Health and Well-being”, the inaugural programme, from November 2022 to March 2023, recruited 60 students from 27 APRU member universities to learn about the SDGs, explore the world’s biggest challenges, and propose practical solutions with guidance from mentors and experts in the field. Students joining the APRU Undergraduate Leaders' Programme visited the Blue House to learn about heritage preservation in Hong Kong. 「環太平洋大學聯盟本科生領袖訓練計劃」學員參 觀藍屋，了解香港文化遺產的保育。 The SDG Education for Global Citizenship Programme was conducted online. 「可持續發展目標全球公民教育計劃」在線上舉行。 中大致力推動可持續發展教育，舉辦「環太平 洋大學聯盟（APRU）本科生領袖訓練計劃」 作為60周年校慶活動之一，聚集來自美洲、 亞洲及大洋洲15個國家及地區31所APRU成 員大學的55名本科生，裝備他們成為年青領 袖，推動他們開創未來，積極建立可持續發 展、安全、具抵禦力及多元共融的城市。 中大和泰國朱拉隆功大學共同領導的「可持 續發展目標全球公民教育計劃」是一個跨文 化、跨學科的互動學習計劃，旨在培養學生 成為全球公民。首屆計劃於2022年11月至 2023年3月舉行，以「塑造未來健康和福祉」 為題，招募了60位來自27家APRU成員大學 的學生，讓他們認識可持續發展目標，探索環 球議題，並在專家和導師的指導下就全球挑 戰提出解決方案。
