Chai, BBS, JP 由2022年5月1日起獲委任為主席 appointed Chairman from 1 May 2022 由2021年11月27日起獲委任為成員 nominated from 27 November 2021 福田集團控股有限公司成員 Member of Fook Tin Group Holdings Limited 查教授現為中大校董會主席及福田集團控股有限公 司資深顧問，曾任美國西北大學全職管理人員及大 學教授。他現為美國西北大學榮休教授及香港大學 牙醫學院榮譽臨床教授。查教授在加入中大校董會 前，曾任香港科技大學校董會副主席（2015至2021 年）及香港理工大學校董會成員。查教授貢獻社會 不遺餘力，他是香港特別行政區環境諮詢委員會主 席、港深創新及科技園公司董事局成員，曾任特區行 政長官創新與戰略發展顧問委員會成員及商界環保 協會有限公司主席。 Professor Chai is Chairman of the Council of CUHK and Senior Advisor of Fook Tin Group Holdings Limited. He is now a Professor Emeritus at Northwestern University and an Honorary Clinical Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry at The University of Hong Kong. Before joining CUHK’s Council, Professor Chai served as Vice- Chairman of the University Council of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2015–2021) and had served on the University Council of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University earlier. He is Chairman of the Advisory Council on the Environment, HKSAR and Director of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited. He was also a member of the Chief Executive’s Council of Advisers on Innovation and Strategic Development, HKSAR and Chairman of the Business Environment Council Limited. 大學校董會成員履歷簡述 Brief Biographies of Council Members 副主席 Vice-Chairman 陳德霖博士， GBS Dr. Norman T.L. Chan, GBS 由2023年4月18日起獲委任為副主席 appointed Vice-Chairman from 18 April 2023 由2021年8月1日起獲推選為成員 elected from 1 August 2021 圓幣錢包科技公司及易信連有限公司主席 Chairman of RD Wallet Technologies Limited and RD ezLink Limited 陳博士現為中大校董會副主席、崇基學院校董會主 席、中大創新有限公司董事局主席及金融學院高級 顧問，曾領導多家大型金融機構，是金融界的翹楚。 他曾擔任香港金融管理局總裁、金融學院主席、渣打 銀行亞洲區副主席（2005至2007年），及香港特區 行政長官辦公室主任（2007至2009年）。陳博士分 別於2020年和2021年創立圓幣錢包科技有限公司 和易信連有限公司，並在2022年成立香港匯德收購 公司並擔任主席。他是中大榮譽院士、以及中大、香 港城市大學、嶺南大學及香港樹仁大學榮譽博士。 Dr. Chan is now Vice-Chairman of the Council, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Chung Chi College of CUHK, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of CUHK Innovation Limited and Senior Adviser of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance. He is a distinguished leader in the financial industry and was the former Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Chairman of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance, Vice-Chairman, Asia, of Standard Chartered Bank (2005–2007), and Director of the Chief Executive’s Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (2007–2009). Dr. Chan founded two Fintech companies, RD Wallet Technologies Limited and RD ezLink Limited, in 2020 and 2021 respectively, and has been Chairman of the Hong Kong Acquisition Corporation from 2022. He is an Honorary Fellow of CUHK, an Honorary Doctor of CUHK, City University of Hong Kong, Lingnan University and Hong Kong Shue Yan University.
