管理與行政 Governance and Administration 83 潘偉賢教授， JP Prof. Poon Wai-yin, JP 由2015年5月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 May 2015 香港中文大學副校長 Pro-Vice-Chancellor, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 潘教授現為中大副校長及統計學系教授，並曾任 協理副校長（2014年）、學能提升研究中心主任 （2012至2015年）、科學教育促進中心主任（2006 至2014年）及理學院副院長（教育）（2004至2014 年）。她協助理學院設計新四年制課程，實踐果效 為本教學，亦為大學制訂加強教學質素的長遠策 略。潘教授的優質教學亦為她奪得2011年大學教育 資助委員會首屆「教資會傑出教學獎」及多項教學 獎，並獲委任為教育局課程發展議會主席。 Professor Poon is Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Professor in the Department of Statistics of CUHK. She was Associate Vice-President (2014), Director of the Centre for Learning Enhancement and Research (2012–2015), Director of the Centre for Promoting Science Education (2006–2014), and Associate Dean (Education) in the Faculty of Science (2004–2014). Professor Poon was the champion and leader in weaving an Outcomes- based Approach into the design of the new four-year curriculum for the entire Faculty of Science, and has also made important contributions to the strategic development of educational quality in the University. Professor Poon’s outstanding teaching has earned her the inaugural UGC Award for Teaching Excellence from the University Grants Committee in 2011 and numerous teaching awards. She has been appointed Chairperson of the Curriculum Development Council of the Education Bureau. 陳偉儀教授 Prof. Chan Wai-yee 由2018年8月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 August 2018 香港中文大學副校長 Pro-Vice-Chancellor, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 陳教授現為中大副校長、生物醫學講座教授及組織 工程與再生醫學研究所所長、中大–華大基因跨組 學創新研究院院長，及擔任中大與數所院校共建的 聯合實驗室主任。他在科學界非常活躍，為美洲華 人遺傳學會執行董事、香港科學會主席、邵逸夫獎 理事會成員、醫管局大會成員、香港研究資助局成 員及香港基因組中心非官方董事。陳教授曾獲多個 獎項及擁有十一項發明專利。 Professor Chan is Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Professor of Biomedical Sciences, Director of the Institute for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine of CUHK and Director of CUHK–BGI Innovation Institute of Trans-omics and several joint laboratories. He is very active in the scientific community, and is the Executive Director of the Association of Chinese Geneticists in America, USA, President of Hong Kong Institution of Science, a Member of the Council of the Shaw Prize Foundation, a Member of the Hospital Authority Board, a Member of the Research Grants Council and Non-official Director of the Hong Kong Genome Institute. Professor Chan has received numerous honours and awards and holds 11 patents. 岑美霞教授 Prof. Mai Har Sham 由2020年8月1日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 August 2020 香港中文大學副校長 Pro-Vice-Chancellor, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 岑教授現為中大副校長及生物醫學學院教授。她多 年來積極促進研究，擁有豐富行政經驗，曾任香港 大學生殖及發育研究中心主任（2013至2016年）、 生物化學系系主任（2009至2015年）、李嘉誠醫學 院助理院長（研究）（2001至2009年）及協理副校長 （科研）（2016至2020年）。岑教授現為香港發育 生物學學會主席和《基因組學及人類遺傳學年鑑》 編輯委員。 Professor Sham is Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Professor in the School of Biomedical Sciences of CUHK. She has extensive experience in research management and leadership, and held various academic and administrative roles while serving at The University of Hong Kong, including Director of the Centre for Reproduction, Development and Growth (2013–2016), Head of Department of Biochemistry (2009–2015), Assistant Dean (Research) of Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine (2001–2009) and Associate Vice-President (Research) (2016–2020). She is currently the President of the Hong Kong Society of Developmental Biology and an Editorial Committee Member for Annual Review on Genomics and Human Genetics.
