管理與行政 Governance and Administration 89 周林教授 Prof. Zhou Lin 由2019年12月9日起為當然成員 ex officio from 9 December 2019 香港中文大學工商管理學院院長 Dean of Business Administration, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 周教授現為中大工商管理學院院長及決策科學與企 業經濟學系教授。加入中大前，他曾受聘於上海交 通大學、美國亞利桑那州立大學、杜克大學及耶魯大 學。他於2009年當選世界計量經濟學會院士，成為大 中華區首位獲得此榮譽的學者。他曾獲上海市政府 向社會發展作出傑出貢獻的外籍人士頒發的白玉蘭 紀念獎（2013年）。周教授曾擔任國際商學院促進協 會（AACSB）理事會成員（2015至2019年），並出任 AACSB亞太諮詢委員會主席（2015至2018年）。 Professor Zhou is Dean of Business Administration and Professor in the Department of Decision Sciences and Managerial Economics of CUHK. Prior to joining CUHK, he taught at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Arizona State University, Duke University, and Yale University, USA. He was elected as a Fellow of the Econometric Society (2009) and was the first recipient from Greater China. The Shanghai Municipal government awarded him the Magnolia Silver Award for his contribution to society as a foreign expert (2013). Professor Zhou was a member of the Board of The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) (2015–2019) and chaired its Asia-Pacific Advisory Council (2015–2018). 范息濤教授 Prof. Fan Xitao 由2021年1月6日起為當然成員 ex officio from 6 January 2021 香港中文大學教育學院院長 Dean of Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 范教授現為中大教育學院院長及教育心理學系教 授。加入中大前，曾任中大（深圳）人文社科學院院 長及校長講座教授（2017至2020年）、澳門大學教 育學院院長（學術）（2011至2017年）及代副校長（ 學術）（2014年）、美國維吉尼亞大學教育學院冠 名講座終身教授（2009至2011年）及猶他州立大 學心理學系副教授（1999至2000年）。范教授於 2012年獲選為美國教育研究學會院士，亦曾任美 國教育學院期刊 Educational and Psychological Measuremen t副編輯（2000至2004年）及主編 （2004至2010年）。范教授發表的學術期刊論文 及書籍章節超過200篇，其教育和心理學的研究成 果為各地學者廣泛引用。 Professor Fan is Dean of Education and Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology of CUHK. Before joining CUHK, he served as Dean and Presidential Chair Professor of the School of Humanities and Social Science at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (2017–2020), Dean of the Faculty of Education (2011–2017) and interim Vice Rector (Academic Affairs) of University of Macau (2014), Curry Memorial Professor in the Curry School of Education, University of Virginia (2009–2011), as well as Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology in Utah State University (1999–2000), USA. Professor Fan was also elected as a Fellow of American Educational Research Association (2012). He served as the associate editor (2000–2004) and editor (2004–2010) of Educational and Psychological Measurement (SAGE Publications), and has published over 200 research journal articles and book chapters, of which his research findings on education and psychology have been widely cited by scholars internationally. 黃定發教授 Prof. Martin D.F.
