管理與行政 Governance and Administration 99 郭碧蓮博士 Dr. Barbara P.L. Kwok 由2022年7月4日起獲推選為成員 elected from 4 July 2022 永昌盛有限公司董事 Director of Win Creation Limited 郭博士現任永昌盛有限公司及多間公司董事，是香 港執業會計師及中國註冊會計師，在會計以及稅務 行業有豐富經驗。她亦為上海財經大學香港校友會 會長、香港中文大學粵港澳大灣區校友會創會會 長、香港中文大學校友評議會常務委員兼創新創 業小組召集人、粵港澳大灣區創新創業協會名譽顧 問，並曾任香港女會計師協會會長。 Dr. Kwok is currently Director of Win Creation Limited and various companies. She is a practising accountant in Hong Kong and a registered accountant in China, and is experienced in the areas of accounting and tax. Dr. Kwok is also President of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Hong Kong Alumni Association, Founding President of CUHK Greater Bay Area Alumni Association, Member of the Standing Committee and Convener of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Subcommittee of CUHK Convocation, Honorary Advisor of Association of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Guangdong- Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the past President of the Association of Women Accountants (Hong Kong). 林偉雄先生 Mr. Enders W.H. Lam 由2022年7月4日起獲推選為成員 elected from 4 July 2022 時計工場有限公司主席 Chairman of Time Industrial Manufactory Limited 林先生於中大畢業後從事鐘錶業務超過三十 年，1993年創立時計工場有限公司，現任該公司主 席。他現為中大校友評議會常務委員會委員、香港城 市大學管理學系諮詢委員會委員、香港貿易發展局鐘 錶諮詢委員會主席、教育局鐘錶行業培訓諮詢委員會 副主席、中大（深圳）理事會成員及中大榮譽院士。 Mr. Lam has been in the watch and clock industry for more than 30 years after graduating from CUHK. He established the Time Industrial Manufactory Limited and is currently Chairman of the Company. He is a Member of the Standing Committee of CUHK Convocation, a Member of the Advisory Committee of the Department of Management of City University of Hong Kong, Chairman of the Watches and Clocks Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Vice-Chairperson of Watch and Clock Industry Training Advisory Committee of the Education Bureau, a Member of the Governing Board of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and an Honorary Fellow of CUHK.
