30 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2023–2024 培育年輕領袖及創業家 Budding leaders and entrepreneurs 學生咖啡店連結中大人 位於大學本部的山承咖啡廳於 2024 年 6 月試業，由四名學生營運，他們在提案比 賽中贏得咖啡店營運權。團隊獲學生事務 處、研究及知識轉移服務處及中大創業創 新副修課程提供的商業管理訓練。這家充 滿藝術氣息的咖啡廳已成為學生的熱門 聚會場所。 首屆環球領袖計劃 學生事務處 2024 年推出環球領袖計劃，為 30 名見習環球領袖生提供全方位發展活 動，培養他們對全球議題的關注。計劃吸 引本地及非本地學生熱烈參與，當中由專 業評判選出的八名得獎者赴澳洲和紐西蘭 進行暑期實習，貢獻當地社區。 Ideas and friendship brewing at student-run café The Infinity Room had a soft launch in June 2024. It is an artsy venue turning the entrepreneurship dreams of four students into reality after they won the contract in a competition to run a cafe business on the main campus. They underwent business management training offered by the Office of Student Affairs, the Office of Research and Knowledge Transfer Services and the Minor Programme in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and have created a popular hangout for fellow students. Inaugural Global Leadership Programme The Office of Student Affairs debuted a Global Leadership Programme in 2024. Response among both local and non-local students was strong, culminating in the first batch of 30 selected cadets who had the benefit of the programme’s all-round development plans and were guided to take an interest in global issues.
