58 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2023–2024 香港市民在流動車上進行認知評估測試 Hong Kong residents get a thorough clinical cognitive assessment on the truck 建築系學生合力為梅子林村注入新生命 Architectural students joined hands to give Mui Tsz Lam village a new lease of life 服務社會 Community service and youth support 中大積極投入社會服務，並啟發年青人，發揮正面影響力。 CUHK reaches out to the community, addressing the needs of different sectors of society. 認知障礙症篩查評估服務 Screening for dementia 2023 年 9 月，中大與高錕慈善基金攜手推出「腦智 同護」服務，為香港市民提供免費認知障礙症篩查評 估服務，在社區識別患有輕度阿茲海默症的長者。 A team from the School of Architecture led by Professor Thomas Chung Wang-leung won the President’s Special Prize and the Hong Kong International Airport’s Special Award for “Project Plum Grove: Revitalising Mui Tsz Lam with Experimental Restoration”. The two-year project conserves the heritage of the Hakka village in Sha Tau Kok by engaging with returning villagers, students and volunteers. It also explores sustainable rural living to help the village prosper. 活化梅子林村 Revitalising Mui Tsz Lamvillage 建築學院副教授鍾宏亮及其團隊憑專案「梅子林復育 計劃︰實驗性建築複修示範」榮獲 2022-23 年「建築師 學會主題獎 – 建築裝置、策展與展覽設計」及「會長特 別獎狀」。為期兩年的專案吸引回流村民、學生和義工 參與，保育位於沙頭角的客家村落。在保存歷史遺產 的同時，計劃也探索未來鄉郊復興之路。 The Charles Kao CUHK BEAT AD Service (Brain HEAlth Service for PrevenTion of Alzheimer’s Disease) was launched in September 2023 in collaboration with the Charles K. Kao Foundation for Alzheimer’s Disease to provide Hong Kong residents with free, comprehensive and community-based screening. 高錕中大「腦智同護」服務流動車停泊於崇基學院 The BEAT AD service truck is parked at Chung Chi College
