82 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2023–2024 大學校董會成員履歷簡述 Brief Biographies of Council Members 大學校董會於 2023 年 11 月 10 日重組。校董會重組後，以下成員類別沒有改動並繼續留任大學校董會，包括： 大學校董會主席、大學校董會副主席、校長、常務副校長、大學司庫、由監督委任的成員，以及由立法會議員互 選產生的成員。而部分成員則在校董會重組後，再按大學校董會決定的方式互選或委任為大學校董會成員，其 生效日期以該成員類別最新互選或委任的日期顯示。 The Council was reorganised on 10 November 2023. After the reorganisation of the Council, there is no change to the following membership categories and they continue to be members of the Council, including the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Vice-Chancellor, Provost, Treasurer, members appointed by the Chancellor and members elected by Legislative Council members. Some members were re-elected or appointed as Council members, in the manner determined by the Council, and their latest election or appointment dates in the relevant membership categories are shown as the effective dates. 主席 Chairman 查逸超教授 ， BBS ， JP Prof. John Y. Chai , BBS, JP 由 2022 年 5 月 1 日起獲委任為主席 appointed Chairman from 1 May 2022 福田集團控股有限公司資深顧問 Senior Advisor of Fook Tin Group Holdings Limited 查教授現為中大校董會主席及福田集團控股有限公 司資深顧問，曾任美國西北大學全職管理人員及大 學教授，現為美國西北大學榮休教授。查教授在加 入中大校董會前，曾任香港科技大學校董會副主席 （ 2015 至 2021 年）及香港理工大學校董會成員（ 2010 至 2015 年）。查教授貢獻社會不遺餘力，他是香港特 別行政區環境諮詢委員會主席、港深創新及科技園公 司董事局成員兼候補主席，曾任特區行政長官創新與 戰略發展顧問委員會成員及商界環保協會有限公司 主席。 Professor Chai is Chairman of the Council of CUHK and Senior Advisor of Fook Tin Group Holdings Limited. He is now a Professor Emeritus at Northwestern University. Before joining CUHK’s Council, Professor Chai was Vice-Chairman of the University Council of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2015– 2021) and had served on the University Council of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2010–2015). He is Chairman of the Advisory Council on the Environment, HKSAR and Director (and Alternate Chairperson) of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited. He was also a member of the Chief Executive’s Council of Advisers on Innovation and Strategic Development, HKSAR and Chairman of the Business Environment Council Limited. 副主席 Vice-Chairman 陳德霖博士 ， GBS Dr. Norman T.L. Chan , GBS 由 2023 年 4 月 18 日起獲委任為副主席 appointed Vice-Chairman from 18 April 2023 圓幣錢包科技公司及易信連有限公司主席 Chairman of RD Wallet Technologies Limited and RD ezLink Limited 陳博士現為中大校董會副主席、崇基學院校董會 主席、中大創新有限公司董事局主席及金融學院高級 顧問，曾領導多家大型金融機構，是金融界的翹楚。 他曾擔任香港金融管理局總裁（ 2009 至 2019 年）、金 融學院主席、渣打銀行亞洲區副主席（ 2005 至 2007 年），及香港特區行政長官辦公室主任（ 2007 至 2009 年）。陳博士分別於 2020 年和 2021 年創立圓幣錢包 科技有限公司和易信連有限公司，於 2022 年成立香 港匯德收購公司並擔任主席，並在 2023 年出任香港 Web 3.0 協會的創會會長。他是中大榮譽院士、以及 中大、香港城市大學、嶺南大學及香港樹仁大學榮譽 博士。 Dr. Chan is Vice-Chairman of the Council, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Chung Chi College of CUHK, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of CUHK Innovation Limited and Senior Adviser of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance. He is a distinguished leader in the financial industry and was the former Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (2009–2019), Chairman of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance, Vice-Chairman, Asia, of Standard Chartered Bank (2005–2007), andDirector of theChief Executive’s Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (2007–2009). Dr. Chan founded two Fintech companies, RD Wallet Technologies Limited
