92 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2023–2024 陸志聰醫生 ， JP Dr. Luk Che-chung , JP 由 2023 年 12 月 14 日起獲委任為成員 appointed from 14 December 2023 尚至醫療集團有限公司副主席 Vice Chairman of Virtus Medical Group Limited 陸醫生是中大首批醫學畢業生之一，從畢業到退休一 直在香港公立醫院系統工作。他在管理大型醫療保 健系統方面擁有豐富經驗。他曾出任多間公立醫院行 政總監，亦先後擔任九龍東、港島西及港島東聯網行 政總監。陸醫生多年來從事多項社區工作，包括醫務 委員會、香港公益金、香港社會服務聯會等，並在多 所大專院校兼職教學。陸醫生現為尚至醫療集團副主 席。他於 2020 年獲中大醫學院頒發傑出校友獎。 Dr. Luk is among the first batch of medical graduates from CUHK. He dedicated his career to Hong Kong’s public hospital system from graduation till his retirement. He has extensive experience in managing large-scale healthcare systems. Dr. Luk was Hospital Chief Executive of various public hospitals and also served as Cluster Chief Executive of the Kowloon East Cluster, Hong Kong West Cluster and Hong Kong East Cluster. Throughout the years, he engaged in various community work, such as the Medical Council, The Community Chest of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, and teaching part-time in several tertiary institutions. He is currently Vice- Chairman of Virtus Medical Group Limited. He was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award by the Faculty of Medicine of CUHK in 2020. 黃克強先生 Mr. Albert H.K. Wong 由 2023 年 12 月 14 日起獲委任為成員 appointed from 14 December 2023 香港科技園公司行政總裁 Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation 黃先生現為香港科技園公司行政總裁，致力支持科 技園創科社群的初創及企業。黃先生多年來於多間 跨國企業擔當領導崗位，曾任職於珀金埃爾默、艾默 生、開拓重工及斯倫貝謝等大型企業，亦曾在通用電 氣的美國總部、中國內地及亞太區工作。黃先生是財 經事務及庫務局轄下綠色科技及金融發展委員會成 員、發展局轄下北部都會區諮詢委員會委員，及香港 城市大學資訊系統課程顧問委員會成員。 Mr. Wong is Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP). He is committed to supporting tech startups and enterprises at HKSTP in their quest for innovation and growth. Mr. Wong spent decades at global conglomerates including PerkinElmer, Emerson, Caterpillar, Schlumberger and General Electric’s headquarters in the United States. He has also worked in the GE branches in Asia-Pacific and mainland China. He is a Member of the Green Technology and Finance Development Committee under the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau, HKSAR, as well as theAdvisory Committee for the Northern Metropolis under the Development Bureau, HKSAR. He serves as a Member of the Information Systems Departmental Advisory Committee of The City University of Hong Kong.
