O n the contrary , i n th e " eme r g i n g Un i ve r s i t y " , undergraduate educatio n ca n onl y b e describe d i n terms o f th e dynamic interaction s betwee n th e Un i ve r s i t y an d th e College s a s organizations f unc t i on i ng , i n par t a t least , o n differen t principles .
