單次撥款支持 One-time Support 另一項新猷為一九九五至九八年度的「單次撥款支持計劃」，該計劃於年內批出七千七百 萬元，支持可增強校內研究基礎和實力的項目。該等項目主要與電訊網絡研究、癌病研究和 治療、生物和醫學科學、數學、物料科學，以及社會科學有關。 The first allocation exercise of the one-tim e s u p p o rt scheme fo r 1995-98 was conducted i n 1995-96.
