研究主持陳維鄂教授（右一）與硏究小組其他成員 Principal researcher Prof. David Chan (right 1) an d other team members 傑出研究‧Outstanding Research 教 育 學 院 • F a c u l t y o f E d u c a t i o n 發展綜合資優計劃和活動：以「資優」方式提升教育素質 D e v e l o p i n g Comprehensiv e Gifte d Programme s an d Activities ： The 'Gifte d an Talented ' Approac h fo rEnchancin g Qualit y Educatio n 這計劃由優質敎育基金資助，在中大校園為十間中學的資優學生提供創意領導訓練課 程，並讓他們在自己的學校擔當領導角色，主持資優發展及朋輩支援活動。這項研究建 基於服務，可加強大學與中學的合作，聯手培育資優學生。 Financed by the Quality Education Fund, the project provides creative leadership training, on the University campus, for gifted and talented students from 10 secondary schools, and offers opportunities for these students to assume leadership roles to organize talent development and peer support programmes in their own schools. This research-through-service project also marks closer university-school collaboration in nurturing gifted students.
