T h e d e p a r t m e nt s u b s e q u e n t ly c o n d u c t ed a c o n t e nt analysis o n the calls to c a p t u re t he areas of c o n c e rn a m o n g t he h o t l i n e users w h e n c o n f r o n t ed b y this u n p r e c e d e n t ed p u b l ic h e a l th h a z a r d. •新聞與傳播學院與其校友會合設「中大新聞 獎」，透過表彰優秀的新聞工作者，為業界 樹立良好榜樣，提升新聞專業水平。 •非典型肺炎在香港爆發後，社會工作學系與 基督敎香港信義會社會服務部在二零零三年 三月二十四日至四月二十六日提供「沉著應 戰情緒支援熱線」服務，由八十多名社工、 內科及護理學的學生義務輔導市民。社工系 並分析求助電話的內容，以了解危機爆發期 間市民對社會服務的需求。 學術發展 Academic Development 43
