26 學術會議及講座 二零零九年一月至六月假中央圖書館舉辦 的四十五周年校慶博文公開講座系列， 內容如下： 此外，大學又舉辦了「下一站牛津：羅德學人 在中大」，邀請中大歷屆的羅德學人分享牛 津學習的點滴。 中大秉承弘揚知識的傳統，是年度主辦多 個國際學術會議、研討會及講座，涵蓋地區 以至世界性題材，跨越經濟、科學、健康及 人文學科議題，為本地學術界帶來新思維， 促進學術交流。 部分學術會議及講座錄述如下： • 二零零八年度邵逸夫獎講座 (二零零八年 九月十日） • 第二屆余英時先生歷史講座（二零零八年 十月二十四至二十五日） • 二零零八化學生物學學術研討會（二零零 八年十月二十七至二十八日） • 第四屆泛太平洋護理會議暨第六屆香港 癌症護理研討會（二零零八年十一月十三 至十五日） Conferences and Lectures The CUHK Public Lectures Series held from January to June 2009 at the Hong Kong Central Library in celebration of the University’s 45th anniversary were well attended by members of the public. The lectures covered topics including: CUHK also held the lecture ‘Rhodes Scholars at CUHK’, inviting CUHK Rhodes Scholars to talk about their experiences in Oxford. CUHK continued to host international conferences, forums and talks with the foci of concern ranging from regional to global issues, from economics and science to health and the humanities. These academic assemblies invigorated the intellectual community of Hong Kong and generated academic exchange.
